A secure, gated community, Perico Bay Club is located just across the bridge from Anna Maria Island, and offers easy access to the island's gorgeous Gulf of Mexico beaches, as well as miles of trails winding through Robinson Preserve in the other direction. The community itself is the perfect picture of Florida living, complete with beautifully landscaped grounds and waterfront vistas. Amenities include tennis, shuffleboard, a clubhouse with exercise room and lots of activities, boardwalks, and pools with spas dotting the landscape.
