Welcome to our Gulf Coast Condo, your home away from home. Enjoy the breathtaking views of gorgeous sunrises and sunsets right from your 40ft long grand balcony. Sip your morning coffee or your evening wine while watching the dolphins swim through the turquoise waters. While the condo itself has so much to enjoy; 2 beachside pools and jacuzzi, kiddie pool, outside picnic area with grills, and a tiki hut for food and drinks, you are also only a short elevator ride and a few steps to the sugar white sand of Panama City Beach "World's Most Beautiful Beaches.”


Our 7th floor condo overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and is walking distance to many local restaurants and activities, a 10-minute drive to Pier Park and other popular attractions.


During your stay you will have the unit to yourself. However, we will always have someone available throughout your stay to ensure you have everything you need for a successful vacation.


We put a lot of love into this home, and it means so much to us to have people from all over the world enjoy their stay. The Space:

This resort is a family-oriented, fully gated condominium resort that has so much to offer. Unit 702 is a recently updated condo that has a King Master Suite with private access to the balcony. The master has a king bed, flat screen TV, and master en-suite that features a double vanity, newly upgraded walk-in shower, large walk-in closet, and utility room with washer and dryer. The second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, closet, flat screen TV, and access to second bathroom. The second bathroom features a newly upgraded walk-in shower separate from vanity area, perfect for getting ready for what the day beholds. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the living room and dining area with the greatest ocean view. The living room has a large flat screen TV with PlayStation 5, and a sleeper sofa. To accommodate more guests charming built-in nook for bunk beds were installed adjacent to the dining area. The dining area has a large table that seats 6 and the kitchen bar features 3 bar stools, to allow more dining space. The open concept living room is perfect for large groups or small families.


We include Two Resort beach chairs and an umbrella complimentary to our guests throughout their stay free of charge. This is a $240.00 weekly value that requires check-in at vendor hut located at entry of beach. Beach chair service is available 4/1-10/31.
