This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is awaiting your arrival! Perfectly located just steps away from the Panama City Beach sand with a majestic oceanfront view from the 22nd floor.
Emerald Isle is located on the west end of Panama City Beach, minutes from Pier Park. King size bed in master bedroom, Queen size bed in the second bedroom. Queen size sleeper sofa. Fully equipped kitchen and lots of lights.
All New Appliances and Washer & Dryer in unit.
This is a non smoking unit.
You must be at least 25 years old to rent.
There is a $30 parking fee upon arrival.

The property os very well located. Right on the beach. The apartment has all the utensils and it is very spacious. Cleaning can be improved.

Great Location and Stay

Check in was very easy. Condo was in a great location. Condo was nice, roomy, and comfortable. Cleanliness could have been a little better. Dishes weren’t fully cleaned. Drapes were very dusty. Other than that it was a great stay.

Great place to stay!

We had such a great time here and the location was perfect! The check-in process was SO easy and the property manager was amazing. Will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time at Emerald Isle. Views off balcony were breathtaking! Farah the owner was great to deal with - very responsive. Would definitely recommend this condo!

We love the decor and how we had beach equipment. Bedrooms and bathrooms were plenty big. Furniture was comfortable and kitchen well equipped

Awesome trip to PCB

The apartment was good and we all had good time. This is very nice, cozy, family friendly resort. There are plenty of elevators which typically a major concern when you are on top of the building. The condo was nicely clean and maintained. The reserved parking was super convenient. I will surely recommend this resort and condo to my friends.

Everything was just as described. View is beautiful, condo is clean, kids said the pull out couch was comfortable and the master bed is so comfy so is the queen. The beach was clean and water was so clear! The swimming pool was nice and clean and not over crowded! Can’t wait to come back here!

Property had several issues, but Farah responded quickly and had them fixed. General cleanliness was decent but unit is in need of a deep clean. Good value for the money.

We had such a great visit! Condo is pretty, clean and the view is amazing! That balcony is so large and we enjoyed eating while watching the waves role in. Air conditioner was very comfy and the beds were awesome! Our only suggestion would be to add hooks on the bathroom doors for more room to hang swimsuits! Can’t wIt yo come back next year!!A++

4th of July Vacation

Property was exactly as listed. Since we stayed during a holiday week and the condo building is 23 stories tall the beach was a little busy over the weekend but thinned out throughout the week. They had a closet with beach toys, a couple of chairs, and an umbrella you can use. Check in and check out process was super convenient!

End of Summer Get Away

I cannot say enough praises for Farah and her condo. The condo and view were beautiful. The place smelled fresh and was clean. Booking again for next year. Tried to book again this year but she had no openings for when I wanted to go. I will definitely be a continuous customer

We were a little concerned staying at a large high rise but all fears were misplaced. Parking was easy, the balcony is HUGE and the beach is AWESOME! There were chairs and beach stuff in room and we left some fishing poles for the guests after us can hopefully do better than us. Clean, convenient to everything and what a nice crowd of folks that stayed during our week. We met lots of nice people. Def don't delay booking this place! Farrah is very responsive!

Amazing views great location!

The property was as described and the views were nothing short of amazing! We were able to see all kinds of marine wildlife from the large balcony! We ate breakfast out there every morning. The condo was furnished with everything we needed for our trip. It even had two beach chairs in the closet we used. Easy access to the beach. Owner was responsive to any questions we had. Check in process was simple. We loved the location too! The parking passes are currently $40 for each vehicle which were advertised as $30 but the price had increased by the time we arrived. Farah was a nice, accommodating and responsive host. We had a great trip and would definitely stay here again!

Stress free stay

Condo was exactly as pictured! One of the largest balconies of any of the many places I have stayed. Super clean with everything in working order. Communication from owner was amazing from day I booked and all through visit. Emerald Isle was super easy maneuver and desk clerk was cheerful and offered so many tips for stay. Getting back and forth to Pier Park was the easiest I’ve exp in lo the years of going. Pools and hot tub was always clean and absolutely no negatives on this trip!! Will definitely book again. The parking for this unit is first level of parking deck and you enter ramp with elevators right there- super for unpacking/packing. This unit is on the calmer end of strip with out the riff raff that you experience at some units. This is perfect family spot!!!

We love the beach and always wanted to own a place within walking distance to the beach and Panama City Beach white sand. We knew people who purchased their unit here in this building and was only interested to buy one in the same building, that's how we ended up at Emerald Isle Resort.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The soft white, blue and yellow color combination is calming as it makes you feel right at home. The beautiful view of the very roomy balcony from 22nd floor overlooking the beach is breathtaking. All appliances are new and condo has new floor in living room and both bedrooms.
