Sophisticated East End Cottage lived up to it’s name.

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful cottage. All the rooms are thoughtfully appointed and a good size. We even had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook meals when we wanted to. The deck and the yard were perfect for relaxing in the afternoon. The location was quiet, but just a short walk to the restaurants and shops on Commercial Street. We look forward to returning in the future.

Impeccable rental, fantastic location

The rental is located in the East End of P’Town but close enough to the center of town to make everything an easy walk. The unit itself is beautifully furnished with super comfy bedding, a cook’s kitchen, and just about every amenity you could ask for. Would absolutely recommend!

Secluded Gem

This East End cottage is the best kept secret. The Cook Street cottage is impeccably designed and also comfortable and relaxing. Brad, the owner, is professional, courteous, and responsive. This cottage is within reach of all the delights Provincetown has to offer and inviting enough to stay in with family and friends. We look forward to returning next year.

A gem in a wonderful town

Attention to detail and comfort is a ten out of ten. It was clear upon entry that design was key from the beautiful white planked wood floors to the tasteful art and bookshelves. The sky light window in the airy upstairs bedroom was dreamy. We loved it all! The shower outside heightened the cottage feel after a day at the dunes and a walk back from town. We’ve been to P-Town many times, an this place was by far the best. Thanks Brad!

Quiet East End cottage

We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully designed cottage. The landscaping and yard private deck area made a perfect spot in the evening to have some wine and relax with friends. And a nice place to have coffee in the morning while listening to the birds or watching the occasional fox scamper through the yard. The only thing I would like to see differently would be to provide some better cookware and more comfortable dining chairs as we like to cook and entertain and sit around talking. But otherwise everything was great and the pictures were spot on. Loved all the decorative touches and fresh flowers from the garden as well.

Everything was perfect !

We arrived to fresh cut flowers from the garden in every room. We love to cook in and the kitchen was stocked of most things you would need to cook a lovely meal.

Just Perfect

From arrival to departure, our stay here was perfect. Wonderful home, amazing details, no stone left unturned. The yard is gorgeous and the outdoor shower is icing on the cake. Right around the corner from a great market and an easy bike ride anywhere. Brad was accommodating, answered every question and was very responsive. I can’t say enough about this amazing PTown respite and it’s owners!

Comfy cozy...

We stayed here in 2014 before current owner purchased. The home was lovely then, but were pleasantly surprised with upgrades as well as how comfortably the home was appointed. It may list in size as smaller than others or as a “cottage”, but it is truly quite spacious and functional. ALL your needs are here. The garden is exactly what you would expect with a variety of flowers, greenery and trees. A private outdoor deck is adjacent to the front door, should you like to sit and watch the birds or just enjoy the scenery. Location is terrific. Just a few minutes walk to the action on Commercial St., yet distant enough to keep it quiet. Do consider this charming home. You will not be disappointed. Brad, the owner, is promptly responsive should you have any concerns, but we can pretty much assure you will not. We know this because we had to leave a day early unfortunately for a work related issue and contacted him to make him aware of our early departure. We would definately stay here again! Thank you! Amazing Design Getaway

The condo was amazing. Secluded location, yet close to the center of town and all activities. Beautiful, tasteful and thoughtful design throughout and comfortably apportioned for two couples. We had an amazing week and can't recommend this place highly enough.

From the moment we stepped into the space we felt at home and relaxed. Every detail about this house is well thought out. With many everyday traditional accessory details mixed with contemporary and midcentury furniture, we were blown away with how layered and detailed the space was. From the small touches of flowers in each room to the sterling silverware, we had everything we needed to relax and to also fix great dinners and dine is style. The owners spared nothing to give their renters a first class experience, and we loved every bit of it.

Winner: Best-Design with a Yard in P-Town!

My business partner and I have come to P-Town for 8 years running and this was by far our favorite house. It was perfectly renovated, charmingly designed, secluded but not too far from town, and has an incredible yard and outdoor shower that is simply the icing on the cake. These owners - outside of being lovely to rent from - have impeccable taste without being ostentatious in any way. You can actually see the love they have put into this place. We would recommend this property to two friends or two very familiar couples (the upstairs level bedroom doesn't have a door on it!).

This place makes a cape code vacation perfect. The owner have created an outstanding sophisticated house in the east end that is in perfect walk distance to the Center of the town. The property is well maintained, beautifully appointed, spotless clean, and has all the amenities you will need during your stay. We felt like beeing at home. Highly recommended.

Best Accommodations in P'town

Within five minutes of entering this condo, we felt completely at home. I lost count on the number of times we realized that if we had a place at the beach, this place personifies all we'd want. From the first moment, the owner was responsive and gracious (even leaving a couple bottles of wine for us to enjoy). Directions were explicit without being excessive, and even the neighborhood picks were spot on (be sure to check out East End Market for their croissants every day at 8:30am). There's no doubt we'll be renting this one again!

We bought this place a few years back after looking for just the right thing for three years. We feel like we struck the jackpot, and we love spending time here. We've had a great time fixing it up a little and we're happy to share it with others for a few weeks every year. We hope you'll love it as much as we do!

This cottage is an attached wing of a beautiful 1840s Greek Revival house forming a quiet three-unit condo association. The yard, gardens and outdoor shower are shared. The yard and garden are professionally tended. Because this cottage is on two floors, and only abuts a utility room in the adjacent unit, the unit feels like a private home.
