Upon entering, you'll be immediately captivated by the open floor plan, seamlessly blending the living, dining, and kitchen areas into a spacious and inviting retreat. Bathed in natural light, the living space features plush seating arranged around an amazing glass fireplace, creating a cozy ambiance for evenings spent with loved ones.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts state-of-the-art appliances and ample counter space, perfect for whipping up culinary delights. There is ample seating with a well appointed dining space and an island for a convenient dining experience.

The entire unit and rooftop where the hot tubs are located. Please use the elevator for convenient access to the condo and rooftop. This unit comes with 1 parking space.

With its central location, you'll have easy access to the charming local attractions, including the nearby East Bay Park, perfect for leisurely walks along the shoreline or picnics with family and friends.

Other Things to Note:
**NO PARTIES / NO EVENTS / NO SMOKING. **
- This is a strictly non-smoking property, including all indoor and outdoor areas.

Check-In: Is at 4pm (Early Check-in is not possible due to our cleaning crew needing to complete their work)
Check-Out: Is at 10am (We are unable to accommodate late check-out, our cleaning service will arrive at the house promptly at 10 AM.)
