Nestled in Pollock Pines, this delightful house is the perfect vacation rental for guests seeking a charming and awesome getaway. With 3 cozy bedrooms, including 2 queen beds and 1 bunk bed (queen with single above), there's plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. The house features 2 bathrooms, complete with a bathtub and shower, ensuring a refreshing start to your day. You'll find all the excellent amenities you need. Plus, there's an additional living room with a sofa bed for extra comfort. This tranquil escape is 5 minutes from the lake and 15 minutes to Apple Hill. Whether you love to ski, play at the lake, wine taste, hike, or just want to relax this charming haven is the perfect getaway for adventure or relaxation.

We know you will love this property as much as we do! We conveniently live 1/2 mile down the road for any of your needs or questions on what to do in the area.

Something to consider is we are 10 minutes from the freeway tucked away in a secluded neighborhood. The roads leading up to our home can be narrow at points. While most people don’t find this a problem we just want to make sure all our guests are aware so you are not caught off guard.

Very comfortable open concept. Rooms are comfortable. Very clean and homey. It was raining during my time there so didn't get a chance to enjoy the patio area. Will revisit again.

Amazing experience! The house was perfect for our quiet girls weekend. Rooms were cozy, Beds were super comfortable, decorations were tasteful. Some highlights: -the back porch! This was a lovely outdoor space. We enjoyed our coffee in the morning and sat around the fire in the evening. We saw at least 20 deer while we were outside, and quite a few turkeys. - the downstairs game room. This would be perfect for families. Let the kids play or watch tv downstairs while the adults enjoy the peace and serenity on the entry level. The large sectional sofa could easily fit the whole family. -the master bath. Hello, bathtub! It was amazing. We had absolutely zero problems. From check in to check out, everything was exactly as described. Thank you for opening your home to us— we will be back!

Clean welcoming property

Property was clean good communication but almost 15 minutes away from freeway… very remote but beautiful surroundings and owner was a great communicator and host. A couple electrical issues but overall a strong 4 stars

Beautiful stay with wildlife

We were delighted to stay at this beautiful home in Pollock Pines where we were greeted by several deer who happened to be resting in the front yard of the property upon our arrival. Jennifer was prompt to communicate with us before and during our stay when I reached out with questions. The home was so welcoming with a message board note greeting us and a tray of goodies for us to enjoy during our stay. The downstairs of the home has a roomy entertainment space where we watched a movie and played pool. The large outside balcony has an amazing view and plenty of seating. We watched a hawk souring back and forth over the back property in the morning which made me wish I had brought my 35mm camera. The beds were very comfortable, and I liked that the guest bath had a walk in shower with built in bench for our son who uses a walker. Our family of five stayed here and commuted to a nearby wedding outside of Placerville. Gorgeous country road and peaceful surroundings with a Safeway just off I-50 about 15-20 from the property.We had the opportunity to meet Thomas, one of the owners, who lives just down the street and came right over when we had a question about the hot water which actually wasn't an issue at all. He was so friendly and helpful. Overall, a wonderful stay, and I hope we can return again. I would highly recommend!

Lovely stay

We had a wonderful time at house. The house was the perfect size and layout for our small families. We loved the playroom being downstairs with easy access to the yard. It was great!

Great home away from home

It was a pleasure to stay here! It was a great space for our large family! The owners have done a fantastic job of making a space that’s not only beautiful, but welcoming, cozy and has everything you might need. It was a quiet little neighborhood back up on the ridge of the mountain. Jenkinson Lake was beautiful surrounded by the mountains, small and quiet with great hiking paths all around the lake. Jennifer was a great host, available and seeking any ways she could be of service to our family during our stay!

Wonderful Get-away

This property was perfect for what my family and myself were looking for. Great communication with the home owner! The road to the house is a little intimidating as it is a narrow road for the most part but everyone that travels on it goes slow and allows plenty of space or pulls over to allow passing. The lake that is five miles down the road was beautiful, if you get the chance to go you should definitely make the mile trek to the waterfall!!

Great memory maker!!

We had gone to what we thought was a spring/summer wedding but ended being a winter wedding on May 4th!! In short, we experienced 4 seasons and this beautiful home accommodated it all! The scenery was amazing, and the entertainment was great to come back too after quite a busy day! We would love to come back and spend more time here! Our family felt at home here , it was great!! Thank you!
