Summary:
Enjoy all that Chattanooga has to offer in this stylish attached apartment located in the Southside - just minutes away from Chattanooga’s best restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions.

Brand new build with high-end finishes and a private entrance. Rental includes private parking in connected garage. Comfortable and quiet and great proximity to Chattanooga’s best.

The Space:
Our brand new, private one-bedroom apartment features a spacious bedroom with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and closet. The apartment also includes a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and private parking in the attached garage. In the laundry room, there’s a mini fridge and a microwave located just behind the door.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire first floor apartment and garage.

The Neighborhood:
Chattanooga is a wonderful city for walking, fun, bars, parks and more. Our home is located in Southside Chattanooga, which is home to the best restaurants and local shops the city has to offer and is only a short 5-10 minute drive from the larger downtown area, historic St. Elmo or famous Lookout Mountain.

Great home base location for major events like IronMan, Head of the Hooch, local festivals and other events.

Getting Around:
Safe and free parking for up to 1 car in the connected garage. Fast and cheap Uber/Lyft/City Bikes available wherever you need to go.

Other Things to Note:
Pets are not allowed.

Maximum occupancy is 2 guests.

No persons allowed on property who are not accounted for in reservation.

No unauthorized parties at our property. This will result in immediate eviction and $1,000 minimum fine.

Nice to have a garage and a washer and dryer. This is not a normal VRBO, usually a whole house. This was a single bedroom and bathroom. All was modern, clean and bed very comfortable. Just no kitchen, dressers/desks to put things on. Rather small but worked for us as we mostly stayed out all day.

The garage was a nice feature and the furnishings were of good quality. The only place for hanging clothes was the shower bar there were cleaning and temperature issues. We shared our concerns with the owner hopefully they will be addressed.

Quick getaway

Super clean very comfortable king bed in a spectacular location, close to everything!!Couple of small things: bedside lightbulb was in need of replacement, and toilet was pretty loose and needs fixing.

Comfy stay

We enjoyed our stay. Note that this is really a room with a bonus laundry and garage access. The description is acccurate, however calling it an apartment is a bit misleading imo. The bed is comfy, shower was hot and had good pressure. Check in and out was a breaze using the link sent by Alex. No complains. The neighborhood is up and coming, the bars and restaurants nearby looked inviting.

The room itself was basic, with a small bathroom and a sink that was too tiny to use comfortably. There was nowhere to sit or place items in the bathroom besides the toilet. It was a huge disappointment that the thermostat is controlled remotely with no way to adjust it yourself. The space was very small—so much so that I had to unpack my suitcase in the hallway. The hallway had a locked one-way door, and the walls were paper-thin; I could hear the neighbors next door. While the neighborhood seems to be working on improvements, I personally would not have stayed here without a fully enclosed garage due to safety concerns.

Cleanliness

The location and size was perfect for me and my son, who were staying for a few nights to experience, Chattanooga. The cleanliness of the apartment was not the greatest. There was stuff stuck to the floor, pink mold on the shower curtain, and stains on the sheets in the bed. I was also very uncomfortable after finding out there was a door to another apartment that you don’t have access to, but the other side of the door might have access and that was not disclosed in the booking. Communication was not the best with the host. I told them about the cleanliness of the apartment on the first night and got no response.

Chattanooga's Charming Comfort

My husband and I were in Chattanooga, TN for the annual tow show and decided to book a VRBO instead of a hotel room. We searched the many options and decided upon this hidden gem based on the description of the space, location and price. We arrived approximately 1:45 AM and had no issues using the code to get into the garage to park our vehicle. Walking into the the space, it was clean and modern and was exactly what we needed for the stay - a KING size bed, TV, bathroom and laundry room. We enjoyed the comfort of the bed because it wasn't too hard or too soft and had plenty of pillows for us to get a good night sleep. One of the main reasons we chose the VRBO also was to get away from the noise of the hotel and this charming VRBO rental provided a quiet stay. The hosts, Alexa and Emily were awesome with communication - answered questions right away and notified us one time to let us know the house owner would be in the garage to flip a breaker. We appreciated the notification! We would highly recommend this stay over any hotel in the city due to the price and peacefulness!
