I loved this place,it was super cozy feeling. Perfect if you have a dog too the backyard was great! As a solo female I felt super safe, it’s just families that live in the area and the location was super convenient.

Came to town for a conference at Erlanger, and this property was perfectly located to access not only the meetings I had to go to, but also very close to food, the aquarium, and the Riverwalk. The off-street parking and private backyard are fabulous, and it is stocked with literally anything you could want or need.

Our host was very prompt and great about communication and making sure all was going well during our stay. The neighborhood was an older and very quiet place yet very close to everything. The rental was very clean and cozy and well organized. We were thrilled to have a large fenced in yard for our dogs. All in all we are happy to give our stay a 5 star review. Thank you!!

Great communication from the host. House was clean and well stocked. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet despite being near a large train rail yard and a busy hospital. We enjoyed the fire pit and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. Great centralized location to wander all around the city. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean small house perfect for a quick stay

This was just a quick overnight while on a 20 hour drive from Florida to home. The house is clean and worked perfect for a good night sleep.

Home looks a lot better in photographs than in person. Property owner communicated very promptly which I appreciated. Great location (walking distance to erlanger hospital) but I personally feel like the street is sketchy. Homes are very worn down and made me question our safety. Like are our cars safe in the driveway? Just felt overall rough and not a place we would’ve booked if we saw the surroundings. Owners have put a-lot of work into the home but still visible cracks in ceilings etc. Nice kitchen and coffee provided. Comfortable bed and large fenced in backyard but again not somewhere I would hang out due to how the street made me personally feel.

Not the best location

The staff let us check in 3 hrs early,that is where the good stops..we got there and noticed the neighborhood wasn't the best,there was a roach on the floor in the kitchen,the grass wasn't cut ..We stayed on the 4th of July,so we understand fireworks but they shot fireworks off at our car and at the door of the house..We left a day early..Would not recommend..

Oh I am so sorry Amanda to hear about your 4th of July experience in the neighborhood! We haven't heard anybody complain about bugs, but I went ahead and scheduled pest service to come out. We have the lawn service set up for every two weeks, which was most likely in the books the day after your departure. This Summer there has definitely been a lot more rain so the grass grows faster. Again I am so sorry for the not satisfactory experience! I'll make sure to address the things that is in my control!

This was such a great stay. Edina was super helpful when we couldn’t get the master tv working. Everything was pretty perfect & I haven’t slept better in a vacation rental before.

As I expressed to you that our lawn service is scheduled bi-weekly and due to the rainy Spring, the grass grows super fast. I'm also happy to tell you that since your visit we have installed an ice machine in the fridge:)
