We only take 1-week minimum stay reservations. Ideal apartment for a family trip. We are strict with a non-smoking environment in the apartment and balcony and we do not allow loud noises after 10:00 pm. Pets are not allowed at the building. There's free parking on the premises, we will provide you with the parking number for the unit, no valet parking.
We will provide de guest with a FOB and a washer&dryer card to use in the laundry. Price for FOB loss: $200 dollars. Price for Washer&Dryer card loss: $50 dollars.
Our check-in and check-out processes are fully remote for your convenience. You will receive information about the procedure, which will be shared via direct message or through our guest portal, along with detailed instructions. Check-in is completed online, and a refundable damage deposit ranging from $300 to $500 is required. This deposit will be returned 2 to 5 business days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property. Alternatively, you can opt for a non-refundable damage waiver, which ranges from $50 to $80 USD.
A late arrival to the apartment after 10 pm, will have an extra cost of $50 USD. To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

This procedure is essential in keeping our units free of insects for all of our current and future guests, that's why we ask to collaborate and give our team access on the designated day. This procedure is mandatory for all units and we expect your collaboration.
