Cleanliness was not as advertised

The location of this property is beautiful and in a safe area. Security for the condos was very thorough. We chose this property in hopes the cleanliness would be as advertised in the listing. Upon walking in, everything appeared to be very clean. However, we soon found some things that were disgusting. We had a white bath towel, neatly rolled up on the bed ready for use, but upon opening it had brown streaks that appeared to be poop. I did alert management, who promptly brought a new towel. However, this made me start to look more closely at the cleanliness level. The floor looked clean until you could see it in the light, where you could see some dust and other things that should have been swept and mopped. It made our new socks dirty from walking around only a short time. The kitchen sink had dried cheese stuck to the side. Some dishes in the cabinets were dirty, so we washed everything before we used it (don't forget to purchase some dish soap if you want to wash in the sink...). The layers of dust around some baseboards/doorframes show this condo could use a good deep clean. We will be looking for another place to rent when we return to the area.

Great condo

This is our second year at Golden Bay Condominium. We love the location and the building amenities. The gym and pool are great as is the view of the Intercoastal from our balcony. Short walk to the Ocean with restaurants and shops nearby. Easy drive to South Beach and lots to do in the area. The rental agent is fabulous and responds immediately to any requests. Highly recommend!

Family vacation

Will never stay there again. Bathrooms were dirty and kitchen accessories were old and rusty. Loud music at night from the Bar across the waterfront. Thank you to Andrea for addressing all our issues.

Andrea provided amazing service, she was super courteous and was always available for anything we needed! The condo is beautiful and the views are simply breathtaking! We saw a couple of dolphins from the balcony!The owner provides fresh clean towels, the bedding is comfortable (Ikea Linens and mattresses) and the appliances are all new in the kitchen. The only thing that didn't work was their TiVo in the living room, during a cold night but the Roku worked.We loved our stay and will definitely continue to book with AYP! We are very grateful and satisfied with their outstanding services!

Very nice property.

Rental and building agents were very helpful. Building is very well maintained and smaller than most which is good. Spring break revelers were a nuisance but lingered for only a few days. All in all a restful stay.

Pros and cons of the Golden Bay Club

The unit was clean and as advertised. The pool was large, clean -very good. The rental agent was responsive. One problem. however, was noise late at night coming from a restaurant/bar across the waterway. The condo management told us to call the police. The police told us they would check. Of course, nothing happened, so if you stay at this place, be prepared for loud noise. mostly on weekends, into the early morning hours.

Both property and property manager Yael were great

It was exactly as the photos show the pool was great and Yael were great .The first day we had a small plumbing problem with the toilet as soon as we contacted Yael it was taken care of.I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and would stay here again.

Nice apartment to stay

We stayed in this unit during the week of New Year. From the apartment balcony, we were able to see the firewall at the new year Eve. We were very lucky. The weather was beautiful during our stay. We could see the gorgeous view of the bay and the beautiful sunset at the balcony. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils, pots and pans. We had very good time at the apartment. Also, the facility manager is very helpful.

Great views from balcony

This place was as shown in the pictures. It was windy cloudy during our stay but we still enjoyed ourselves on the balcony as faces the ICW. Finally a place with a good TV for watching Netflix movies etc. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils. The unit was very roomy for 4 adults

But we were able to enjoy the balcony and view because were out of the wind. Th unit was very clean and well equipped with good kitchen utensils. Also, the unit had up-to-date smart TV for streaming on your accounts. This is one first places I have rented that the place was better than the pictures
