Golf cart approved driving area. This ground floor townhome is located on 11th Street. Sleeps up to 8 guests.
After a fun day at the beach or fishing, kick back and relax in this affordable pet friendly vacation home with shared pool. It even has a kid's splash pool! The open floor plan makes the space even larger with high ceilings and comfy furnishings. Bring a bike or rent a golf cart and you'll be at the beach or in town in minutes. There is no direct beach assess but there is a paved sidewalk all the way to the beach.
This is a ground floor 2/2 tri-plex end unit. The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and a large walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with twin over double and a twin trundle bed. In the living room there is a sleeper sofa. There is a washer/dryer tucked behind the French doors in the living room for your convenience. You have access to the 1 car garage. There is room for 2 vehicles and a golf cart on the paved driveway including the garage. This is also a great place to store your beach & fishing equipment.
There is a covered patio off the living room and a path to the swimming pool that is shared by the complex.
Boats and Trailers are not allowed by the HOA unless they can fit in the garage with the door closed.
When booking please let us know if you are bringing dogs so that we may adjust your balance. They are $75 each for the stay, max 2 dogs. We accept all size dogs.
This is a self catering property. We give you a start up supply of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap. This will most likely not be enough for your entire stay.
Even though the system may let you book this property, all reservations must and will be submitted to the owner of the property for final approval. Names and ages will be required for all reservations. Also, on the day of check in, only the named person on the reservation will be permitted to check in at our office. ID and Credit Card will be verified upon check in. NO Exceptions.
Must be 25 to reserve/stay. NO 3rd party rentals. Primary guests must be present for full stay. Only named guests permitted on property. No Parties.
As a reminder if your reservation falls between the dates of March 6-23rd if any guests are under the age of 25.
The reservation will be subject to extra scrutiny, and we reserve the right to cancel due to the age group of guests.
We do not allow parties or large groups. We aim to remain family friendly.
