Great Coastal Condo in the heart of Kill Devil Hills NC!

Find your home away from home at Coastal Condo, located in the Sun Dune Village complex in Kill Devil Hills. This quaint condo is just a short walk to the beach. In season, relax by the pool and sun on the decks. Centrally located to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Enjoy a 40" LCD TV in the living area, as well as a 32" flat screen in the king en suite. Both TVs have Roku devices (cable is available through the Spectrum app) for your viewing pleasure. This property has new flooring and furniture in the living, dining, and kitchen areas and still has cozy carpet in the bedrooms for your comfort.

For 2026, the community pool dates are TBA.

For your convenience, sheets and towels are provided for full-week stays. Partial week stays are available in the off-season.

All One Level: King en suite with a day bed and a full bath, pyramid bunk bedroom with a twin trundle, full hall bath, living area, laundry, dining area, and kitchen.
