This was an extremely enjoyable stay! The kitchenette was adequate and everything you would need was there. We didn’t use the kitchen because we were trying out all the awesome restaurants in town though. Very peaceful, no noise from anyone around. The place was decorated very cute and the pool table was an added bonus. Wi-fi was not great while we were there but we were told that there was a storm that knocked it out a few days prior. I would definitely recommend to anyone for a peaceful getaway.

My wife and I really enjoyed our cozy stay in this bungalow style setting! Right down the street from Publix, Target, and WaWa! Our host was very hospitable and helpful!!

Worth the cost of stay, excellent host.

Overall I'd give the location a 9/10 and the host a 10/10. It was a little weird/ uncomfortable having the host above us on the top floor, but not a big deal. I wish I had known that the ONLY shower was the outside shower. The bed was comfortable, could use better pillows. Everything was very clean. It would be a perfect 10/10 if the yard was spruced up a bit and the bikes were in better condition. They were covered in rust and spider webs so we decided to not use them. There are a lot of mosquitoes, so bring bug spray. I highly recommend this location to stay at, and I'm sure we'll be back again!

Great rental option

Stayed on propery for 3 days. Perfect space for our short getaway. Space was very clean and accommodating. Loved that it included the pool table ablnd foosball table. We also liked sitting out on the screened in porch. Lots or restaurants, attractions, and public beach access close by. Marc was a great host, very quick to answer any questions I had and provided some great suggestions of places to check out.

This place was very quiet and felt like home.the towels are thick and large ,the bed was comfy and the toilet paper wasn’t cheap.if you’re worried about the owners being upstairs ,they were there and we never saw them .They had a nice book made with all the info you could need while on your trip for there and around the area.i loved the tiny sink on the patio and the water fountains made a beautiful sound at night while sitting outside .. The patio.the shower outside had hot water and good pressure but not great for showering if it’s cold out,but you have the jacuzzi for a back up.only thing I could think they may have lacked would be a dish drainer and maybe a out side tv to watch while your eating. They recommend the fresh seafood from the seafood market and we tried it .was much better and cheaper then going out to the restaurant. we really enjoyed staying there and will be back In The future.Thank you for a great stay..

Great location, cozy bedroom and fun game room

We enjoyed the short drive to the beach and Wright Brothers National Memorial Park. We had fun playing pool in the game room. Nice peaceful room with a screened in living area and small kitchenette.

My wife and I live in the upstairs part of the house. We have lived here on the beach for over 25 years . We own a local retail shop called Life on a sandbar . We are not around much in the summer months so you will have the place to yourself most of the time and we are very quiet . We enjoy meeting new people from around the world , and we look forward to enhancing your experience on the Outer Banks.
