Welcome to Cheers, Beaches! — your coastal retreat inside The Biscayne, an exclusive gated community on the quiet end of Crystal Beach. This spacious two-story 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests and offers direct private beach access, Gulf views, and plenty of room for family and friends to unwind.

The open-concept living area, large kitchen, and oversized decks make this home ideal for gatherings. Three of the five bedrooms feature private en-suite bathrooms, while every room is designed for comfort and relaxation.

Guests enjoy thoughtful amenities including all linens, starter essentials (paper goods, soaps, detergents), a washer and dryer, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a fully stocked kitchen. Outside, rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach, grill on the ground level, and take in the ocean breeze from the upper decks.

We proudly maintain a fee-free approach — no cleaning fees or hidden charges are added to your stay. To keep this model possible, guests are expected to leave the home clean and tidy and complete the checkout steps provided in the Welcome Book.

Our stay this past weekend was amazing! Ashley was great and super quick to respond! The early check-in and late check-out was incredible as well. I can’t recommend this property enough. We can’t wait to stay there again!

Great Stay

Plenty of room for everyone and plenty of parking. We had 3 vehicles a trailer and 2 UTVs and everyone fit. I love having family dinners and so I search for tables large enough to hold the 9 adults and 6 kids and the table fit all the adults comfortably with the kids loving to sit next to table at the bar. We never felt like we were on top of each other in the house. The beach access was great as well.

Galveston Home Base

This house was perfect for our 2 families of 9 (total) staying here. Plenty of bedrooms and even extra beds. Home was clean and the proximity to the beach was amazing. Like a 3-minute walk. The ferry to Galveston could not have been easier. Sometimes we got right on, but others were over an hour wait, so be ready. Kitchen was well stocked. No complaints here. I'd definately stay here again. Thanks!

Perfect Getaway!

This house is just beautiful, and so spacious! The location to the beach and the view are perfect. The kitchen was stocked well also, which is a plus! The property manager was very responsive as well. We did stay during some rough weather and thankfully this house was equipped with a generator, such a blessing!

We loved our stay at this newly built beach house! Our extended family enjoyed having enough space to be able to visit, play games and enjoy the beautiful beach! The close proximity to the beach and gated neighborhood were a plus. We would love to stay at this property in the future!

Long beach weekend

We stayed here with our four children and our daughter and her family, 9 of us total. There was plenty of room and the kitchen was fairly well equipped. We enjoyed the closeness to the beach, which was not crowded at all during our stay. It was a great place for a relaxing beach trip.

We stayed until the hurricane!

I want to start with telling you the pictures do not do this house justice. The home was so beautiful and clean. We had a family trip and the were 15 that stayed and had beds to sleep in. The house is right across the street from beach access. Each day we would drive the truck with our chairs and tent and coolers. All day many of us came and went walking back to the house because it was so close. We did have to leave a day early because of the hurricane, but Lynn was so helpful and understanding. I would recommend this home 100 times over. It was a really great trip. Thank you again Lynn for being so helpful!

Excellent Beach House

We stayed here over Labor Day weekend and had a fabulous time at this house. The pictures are very accurate to the location of the house and what's included. The rooms are bigger than they look, the space is very large, we had 14 people with a mix of adults, teens, and children and we had more than enough room for everyone. There's a sofabed in the primary bedroom and the living room sofa is also a sofabed, which we figured out on the last day of our trip so never got to use it. We all loved that the kitchen was so well stocked, we had everything we need to cook and bake, the fridge/freezer were large enough for all our groceries for that many people, and the pots are pans were great quality. The AC worked amazingly well, loved that there was a ceiling fan in every bedroom. The view from the primary bedroom upstairs is incredible, facing the sunrise and it is just perfect. The beach access is right across the house and takes about 3 minutes to walk to the beach. The views were beautiful from the house and balcony. The owner and property manager were very communicative and quick to fix any issue that came up. They gave great suggestions for places to eat and things to do as well. I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in this area.

We had our family Christmas and everyone was very happy with the house. The 4 baths were a great bonus especially in 3 bedrooms! Very nice kitchen space and short walk to beach. Will definitely book again!
