Welcome to the multiple award winning Inuksuk Lodge located in the heart of the sought after Feathertop neighbourhood at Big White Ski Resort!
Inuksuk is a luxurious, yet rustic, 4 storey chalet that sleeps 18 people, has a 3 car garage and has unbelievable ski in/out being situated directly on Millie’s Mile ski run.

7-person hot tub with mountain views, 50” TV, and outdoor sound system. 2-person cedar sauna with easy-to-use controls.
Happy Valley, Village & Summer Access:
Happy Valley:
- Short walk to Village to catch Lara’s Gondola to the ice skating rink, and tube park
Village Access:
- Short walk to restaurants, shops, and Lara’s gondola
Summer Access:
- The Bullet Chair is used exclusively for sightseeing and mountain bike and is only a short pedal away
Ski In/Out:
- Directly situated on Millie’s Mile ski run
- Ski locker and change room with boot dryers located at the back door for easy access.
State-of-the-art Smart Home:
Control lighting, heating, blinds, audio/video, fireplaces, and security via wall-mounted tablets.
Entertainment:
- Private theater room with lounge seating for 7, an 8K projector, and a 140” screen
- Games room with shuffleboard, ping-pong, 70” TV, and mini bar with dishwasher
- Living room with 40’ vaulted ceilings, pool table, bar area, 70” TV, and gas fireplace

- Bedroom 1: King bed with en suite
- Bedroom 2: King bed with fireplace
- Bedroom 3: Two Queen/Queen bunks and one Twin/Twin bunk with 50” TV

- En suite with walk-in rainfall shower, steam shower, and mountain views
Bottom Floor:
- Bedroom 5: Queen bed

- Door 3: 88” wide, 93” tall, 20’ deep
PET POLICY
No pets allowed
Provided Consumables
Toilet paper, paper towel, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, coffee, coffee filters, cooking oil, salt and pepper, aluminium foil, garbage bags, dish soap, hand soap and laundry detergent.
Owned by Dan, professionally managed by Locations Mountain Management Services.
- Quiet hours are between 9pm and 8am.
- There is absolutely no smoking or vaping in the unit(s) or building(s). Failure to abide by this rule could lead to a $1,000 fine if evidence is found in the unit upon check-out.
- No parties or events of any kind are permitted on or within the premises unless agreed upon. Failure to abide by this rule could lead to immediate eviction and a $1,000 fine.
- No additional sound equipment of any kind may be used at or within the premises. Any noise complaint callouts or fines will be charged back to you as the guest.
- The maximum occupancy of the property must not be exceeded at any time. Failure to abide by this rule could lead to immediate eviction and a $1,000 fine.
- The number, type and size of pets will not exceed the Pet Policy in the listing description. Failure to abide by this rule could lead to immediate eviction and a $1,000 fine.
- Any noise related, parking related or other strata related fines deemed to be the cause of the guest(s) will be charged back to you as the guest.
- The parking stipulations listed in the Listing Description and Check In Instructions document will be adhered to.
- If applicable please watch for the snow removal crew and move your vehicle(s) out of the way so that they can clear the parking area.
- If you notice any problems or damage to the property upon your arrival, please notify us immediately.
- The cost of any excessive cleaning, including removal of garbage & recycling (charged at a rate of $45/hour) as well as any damage deemed to be caused by the guest(s) will be deducted from the damage deposit.
- If after your stay we discover that the hot tub has been contaminated enough to require a water change, then you will be charged a minimum of $200.
- All garbage & recycling must be removed from the unit and taken to either the designated bins in the building (if available) or the Big White Transfer Station.
