Gourmet kitchen that opens to an expansive deck for entertaining with a pool and outdoor shower. With 3 floors, plenty of room for a family vacation. Downstairs is a separate area that includes a game room! You will be 5 min drive to the beach and a 8 min walk to the bay beach. Town is a 5 min drive away, with delicious seafood restaurants at your doorstep!
The house is has an open kitchen, living area with high ceilings and natural light, with the master bedroom and en suite bathroom downstairs and 2 bedrooms and another full bathroom upstairs. The kitchen is tailored for cooking and entertaining, with all the cookware and gadgets needed. It also opens up to an expansive deck, with gorgeous furniture for relaxing and entertaining al fresco. Downstairs there is another bedroom, filled with bathroom, living room and kitchen with washer and dryer. There is also a shuffleboard table and basketball hoop downstairs for entertainment. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, the pool will be open!

Excellent stay and convenient location

We stayed here while attending our daughters wedding with other family members. Everything went well. Clean, and well outfitted with everything we needed. Communication with our Host Numi was terrific. Recommend and we would stay again.

Amazing house

I have been using this website for the las 8 weeks and every week a different house but this property beats them all. My crew and myself really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable and cozy. Will book again in the future All the amenities were great

Family reunion

House is very nice and clean. My nephew loved the pool.Close to some very good restaurants. Just don’t lock the bottom lock on the front door ( trust me on this one ). Overall great stay.

Absolute Perfection!

We had the most fabulous stay! This house is nestled in a cozy little area that is so relaxing! We loved the decor and design of every room. The kitchen is gorgeous, the deck is peaceful, and the downstairs area is so much fun with games and another relaxing sitting area. This house was also SO CLEAN! Truly a gem and one of our most memorable vacations ever! Thank you Numi for being an amazing host!!!

Great stay with an attentive and kind host!

Our stay at Numi’s was really lovely - the patio is to die for and the pool is huge! The house is so beautifully styled and there is plenty of space to spread out. The beds and pillow are high quality and so comfortable. After a hiccup with the tv (now fixed - Numi bought a tv box), she was so helpful and offered us an extra night and wine because of the issue. Not necessary but super kind! She has a wonderful boutique store for house decor and has been so kind and thoughtful with helping my mother in law find some great pieces and customized rugs. We would definitely stay again and recommend her house highly!

First impressions were good – the ground and first floors were clean and well equipped. The downstairs kitchen has been removed and was being converted to a living space with Murphy bed, which wasn’t quite ready on arrival. While the house appeared generally clean, the oven was dirty and the fridge contained half-used condiments. A damp, musty smell was present downstairs.Outside, the deck is a great size with good seating, but needed cleaning and maintenance. The grill was left dirty from prior users. The pool was enjoyed, though some fence panels require repair, and the listed hot tub was not usable. Under the deck was a dumping area for rubbish, likely due to ongoing work.The property sits beside a busy highway, causing constant noise and vibration. Although advertised as a 10-minute walk to Meschutt Beach, it is actually 1.3 miles (about 25 minutes) – driving is necessary.The house was advertised to sleep 10, but only had beds for 8 on arrival. The living room twin bed did not exist, meaning one guest had to sleep on the couch until a Murphy bed mattress was delivered mid-stay. Once fully finished, sleeping arrangements should meet the listing.

Eclectically and intentionally curated home with gracious hosts

Family friendly, clean and well-stocked house with nice deck and pool for entertaining. It has personality. Well stocked kitchen (note - includes french press and a pod system but you need to bring your own pods; no coffee maker or kettle at time of our stay). Plenty of spices and condiments and entertaining ware as this is also their vacation home. Conveniently located near the highway and walkable to commercial area and 10 min drive to nearest beaches (it does back up to highway so gets road noise and vibrations - noise is drowned out some by crickets at night). Numi and Stephen were gracious and kind hosts. Newer to short term rentals, they did not yet have a full house guide but were very responsive to questions about how to work things or where to find things. The main house has 2 levels with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. In the basement is a fully separate apt with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living area and kitchen. The basement was musty, esp. in the bedroom - but running AC split units helped some to clean the air (the cleaning star reduction is mostly for the downstairs as the window screens need cleaning and the mustiness may not be suitable for someone who has upper respiratory sensitivity - s/o from our party was very uncomfortable), otherwise the main house was clean. You can sleep an adult comfortably with quite a bit of privacy on downstairs twin size sofa in living area. A small child can also Sleep on the french chaise. The kids enjoyed all the games & the pool

Hampton Bays is great, not only because it's super accessible from nyc (1.5 hours) but it also has such beautiful beaches...and the abundance of fresh seafood, delicious restaurants and family activities makes it a GEM of a place!

The property is like a mini wellness retreat. It's quiet, cozy, and relaxing - yet just less than an 8 min drive into town, where you can find lovely restaurants and shops! It is a place to relax in the sun (with the expansive pool), read a book on the deck, cook some fabulous meals in the chef's kitchen, or just get a massage in the quiet game room downstairs. There is something for everyone!
