You will be provided with a unique code to access your vacation home. This code will be valid during the entirety of your stay. Self check-in starts at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

For longer stays, guests will need to replenish these supplies as needed. ✔An additional charge of $25 per unauthorized extra guest, per night, will apply to any guests exceeding the booked occupancy. ✔There is a maximum of 6 guests allowed over night and a maximum of 8 guests at any other time.
A signed Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. This agreement outlines the house rules, occupancy guidelines, and important policies for your stay. If you have any questions or would like to review the Rental Agreement before booking, please feel free to request a copy—we’re happy to provide it.
PET DISCLOSURE & RESPONSIBILITY: Guests traveling with a dog must disclose the dog’s breed and age prior to arrival. Aggressive dogs are not permitted. Any damage caused by a dog is the sole responsibility of the guest. Guests accept full liability for their pet and agree to be fully responsible for any injuries or damages caused by their dog, including injuries to maintenance staff, contractors, or service providers visiting the property. All related medical costs or expenses shall be the guest’s responsibility.
NO GLITTER/NO DYE: Glitter is almost impossible to remove and will result in a $1,000 fine to cover excess cleaning. Do not use any temporary or permanent hair dye or other dye products in the rental. Evidence of dye will result in a $500 fine or more if damage occurs to sink, floors, carpets, etc. Primary contact is responsible for all guests along with anyone who enters the home during the stay to abide by these rules.
No Smoking of any Kind: Smoking of any kind will result is a $750 additional cleaning and Ozone fee. This includes, but is not limited to vaping, cigarettes, marijuana, or any other form of smoking.
Tropical Storms and Hurricanes: Florida is prone to tropical storms and hurricanes. We recommend all travelers to purchase insurance to cover any travel disruptions that may arise from these occurences as refunds will not be granted for undesirable weather conditions.
Please be aware that weather-related communication issues might affect our contact with you, but we'll do our best to connect and address any concerns.
Our property is in a tropical climate zone, so you might encounter creatures like snakes, insects, and raccoons. While they're rare, we're required to inform you about the possibility of encountering them. We have pest control measures in place, and if you see any, please message us on Airbnb for quick action.
Lastly, while our property is family-friendly, it's not entirely child-proof. Parents with small children need to supervise them at all times and assume liability. 34sXC

The house is nice and comfortable for our needs. It was very clean and the only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is the location. It is near everything we needed but the neighborhood felt a little shady. The owner has RIng doorbell so that made me feel better. It was 3 ladies and no one bothered us so that was good. If I return to the area I would stay again due to the comfort of the home. You can park in the driveway.

The home was perfect inside. The host was the absolute most responsive host I’ve ever encountered, which was so appreciated. The fence in the backyard was down when we arrived, clearly due to weather, and within 24 hours of reporting it, it was fixed. This was critical because we had two dogs with us. Great water pressure in the master shower, spacious, smart tvs that worked great, well stocked including shower supplies. Everything inside was pretty new and modern. Pulling into the neighborhood had me a bit worried at first because it’s not the best part of town and it was just me and my daughter, but low income housing around us did not equate to any issues. It was conveniently located for us at a good price, which is what we needed for a work project. There is a sign at the entry of the road that says the street is under constant monitoring by law enforcement, which gave me more sense of security. It appears that the whole row of these houses are VRBO or other rental properties. They are actually super cute, well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and secure house
My co workers and I were attending a convention at the nearby Palm Beach convention center and this property was very close to that location. The house is clean, well decorated and has all amenities we needed for our party of 3 coworkers. The host was very responsive. Parking is very limited so if you have a large, or multiple vehicles this property might not be for you. There is one spot in front of the house and free street parking but the street is very narrow so we were afraid of our second car getting hit by neighbors as they pulled out. Also while the street the house on is very lovely and cute, the surrounding neighborhood looks a little rough. Since we drove up with a box truck of convention materials and the parking was limited we though it would more secure if we left the truck in the convention hall parking lot instead of at the house. That being said, we did not feel unsafe inside the property.
