We�re certain you will find this charming 2 BR townhouse to be the perfect home away from home. Whether you�re here for a long weekend, a special commissioning week celebration, or taking in the sights of the boat show, this lovingly restored, and beautifully decorated home is tucked into a quiet area of the historic downtown district of Annapolis. Park your car in the dedicated parking spot and walk to shops, bars, restaurants, City Dock, and of course the US Naval Academy. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening happy hour on the front porch or in the quiet, private courtyard behind the house. The gleaming hardwood floors throughout the house show the love and care the homeowners have taken to make this place feel warm and cozy. Sit a spell in front of the gas fireplace in the living room and read a book from the owner�s library. The well appointed kitchen has everything you could need for enjoying a dinner served up in the formal dining room. The second floor offers 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the second has a full size bed. The newly refinished bathroom has a tub/shower combo and an added bonus, a heated towel rack for those chilly mornings. The second floor also features a den/sitting area with a new smart TV. The perfect spot to unwind from a day of enjoying all that Annapolis has to offer. But if you�re still looking for something to discover, take a walk to the end of the street to find a beautiful little park where you can sit on a bench under one of the big oak trees and enjoy watching the boats glide along Acton Cove. Or take the Water Taxi from there for an easy trip to any of its stops. There are so many special touches throughout the home, from the artwork on the walls, to the whimsical wall covering in the main floor half bath (look for the 2 little Westies), you�ll fall in love with the warmth and charm and you�ll likely want to return for your next trip to Naptown!
