Work Incentive Trip

This property is beautiful and an absolutely perfect place to watch the Heritage! The owners were friendly, responsive and bent over backwards to make everything go well during our stay. The check-in and check-out processes were easy to understand. Our employees had a wonderful time and we have the Lluy's to thank for this.

Great spot on the Harbourtown course

Very nice place with everything you need for a perfect stay. Plenty of space, nice yard and outdoor area. Easy to book and no concerns during our stay.

Great location within Sea Pines!

So enjoyed this great villa! Great location within Sea Pines! Close to Harbor Town and a short bike ride to the beach! Would definitely return to this villa! Check in process was easy and the Managment Comapny was very accommodating.

Excellent!

Our family made wonderful memories at this beautiful Heritage Villa! We have enjoyed staying at Sea Pines for many years and this villa is tops! The villa is clean, beautifully decorated, and the location is great! It is close walking distance to Harbor Town, The Shops at Sea Pine, and a very close walk to the Heritage Villa swimming pool. We would definitely recommend this villa!

Your home was very nice and spacious. It is in a great location....close to Harbourtown and bike ride to the beach. Only suggestion is the Master bedroom could be updated and TV's would be nice in each of the bedrooms, especially the Master

Perfect Villa - exactly per description

Smooth booking and check-in process - only a small issue in finding the swimming pool but Paul quickly responded to my email and we found it - this could easily be remedied by including directions to the pool in the welcome packet. Other than that, the property was pristine and extremely well cared for. Decor is stunning and accommodation very comfortable. Kitchen well-equipped and for us, the disabled -friendly downstairs bedroom and bathroom were perfect. All in all, we would definitely stay here again if we return to Hilton Head. Thank you, Paul!

Good Location

Property needs deep cleaning, repairs, and updating throughout but downstairs master bed/bath were barely passable. Housekeeping did return and tried to remove some of the mold in shower. Kitchen was best room - updated and well stocked (except only one small spoon). Dakota was very helpful for setting up TV and bringing battery for smoke detector, etc. The location was great and could be a desirable condo if it were taken care of. Hate to give it a bad review, but I would not choose to stay here again.

All expectations were met 100%!

All expectations were met 100%! We stayed in unit 2221 for the entire month of May. It totally felt like home, and when we were leaving, we knew we would be back. The unit was clean and bright, and very spacious. We never had any issues with anything. The location for exceeded what we were looking for. We basically did not drive our car unless we needed to get to the grocery store, which was also within biking distance if you had a little trailer on your bike. The views from the back patio looking over the first green were wonderful. Coffee outside every morning, and dinner at night! We were just five minutes from Harbor town, 10 minutes from the beach, and South Beach was only a 15 to 20 minute bike ride. We will definitely be back, the host is very accommodating and has a wonderful place waiting for you to enjoy!

Place was dirty. No TVs in Bedrooms

We’ve stayed in the property next-door to this one several times, but this place was even worse. We needed 3 bedrms because we had seven people for the weekend. Glass Dining table I had a chip in it that my daughter cut her leg on. The property manager had alerted me to the chip but they didn’t even bother to put a piece of tape over it. I had to deal with it. The place was dirty - refuse and dirt under every single piece of furniture. We found a clump of hair in the shower upon arrival. I had to physically go to the property management office to pick up a gate pass (which seems rather ridiculous after paying fees, cleaning fees and taxes on a unit) and they acted like it was a big inconvenience for me to pick it up the day before arrival. Explained to them that I was moving from one vacation rental inside sea pines to the other on Saturday and picking up people at the airport and I would not have time to go there too. I paid about $400 in fees and taxes on this unit and then had to argue with them in order to get the rental paperwork one day early. Two of the bedrooms had lamps that didn’t work. One we replaced the bulb and the other one when we tried to put a new bulb in, it still didn’t work and we had to swap it out with another lamp that we found in a closet... The lamps were the only light in the bedrooms - there were no overhead lights in the ceiling fans. Also be aware that two of the bedrooms do not have TVs in them, including the first floor master! The master should really be the bigger bedroom upstairs (with golf view) but to maximize the number of people who can sleep in the place they put two double beds in the biggest bedroom. That upper bedroom with the two double beds was the only bedroom with a TV. So after our guests left after the weekend, we had to switch from the downstairs master to the upstairs or we wouldn’t of had a TV in the bedroom all week. The mattresses, pillows, and bedding were all terrible. The fitted sheets kept popping off. Even the children had backaches from sleeping on them. The dryer vent on the exterior of the unit was completely clogged. I spent time trying to clean it. The kitchen was decent though. And the location is pretty good - you are a short bike ride to harbourtown and a fairly short bike ride to the beach. Also there was no hair dryer. I would not rent this unit again. And I’m not gonna use VRBO if the unit is managed by a company rather than the owner. You pay 2 sets of fees.

Lovely stay in HHI

Communication with the property manager was very good and the check in was seamless. We loved staying at this property. It had all the space for our family of 5. The location gave us the opportunity to enjoy Harbour town, the beach and all the lovely trails.The villa was clean and had everything we needed. Our only issues were Internet related. We would love to go back next year. Thank you for a great stay.

Townhouse

Location was fantastic. Close to Harbour Town and was cool to be right on the golf course. We enjoyed the patio. The townhouse was nice, but had a musty smell to it and was not cleaned well upon arrival. Could really use a really good deep cleaning and some TLC. We did laundry regularly but could smell the mustiness on our belongings when we arrived home. The pool was close to our townhouse and was great, although could have been cleaned and kept up a bit more. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and will consider staying at this complex again, just won’t stay in the same townhouse.

Improvements obvious

This is our third stay in this villa. In the beginning I was a little concerned about some of the most recent reviews, but trusted the owner when saying he did updates and tried to take care of items people were concerned about. The updates and attention to the property were obvious and we enjoyed another week in this villa! Thank you for sharing your home!

Would stay here again if it were deeply cleaned

Master bathroom shower track needed cleaning as well as around faucets on the bathroom sink. Black grease and buildup around both. There had been a pipe leak under the bathroom sink at sometime. The floor of the cabinet was black and needed replacing. Beautiful glass dining table leg was broken and not able to attach to table. Corner of table was cracked as well. The place smelled musty when you walked in. Needs some deep cleaning. Loved the location and looking out seeing the gofers.

Excellent Villa!

The villa was clean and spacious. Perfect for our family of 6 (3 couples). My adult children loved the rooms and the convenience to the beach and pool. The bike rides were fantastic and the scenery so special.

Very nice stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Heritage Villas. The Villa was very nice. We were a little bit farther from the beach then we liked but the trolley was very convenient. We did not have any trouble during our stay. The unit was well supplied.

Great Location in Sea Pines

We enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head. The location of this property is great as we were close to everything! The pool is very nice and the beach is super close. Booking was super easy and checking in was a breeze. The property manager is very easy to deal with as was Paul. We had no problems during our stay.

Fantastic week at this condo

We had the best family vacation at this condo. The condo is clean and spacious. There was plenty of room for the adults and teenagers. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils. The location is just down from Harbour Town and an easy bike ride to the beach. There were plenty of neighbors around, but the patio was very private. Best amenity: you are right on the 1st green of the Heritage golf course where the PGA event was played the week before. It was great having coffee in the morning and watch the golf. Head over to the 18th fairway in the evening to watch the sunset next to the harbor. We will definitely plan to stay here again in the future.

Great Location in Sea Pines

Owner really worked with us on cancellation policy while awaiting openings during COVID. Loved the location, convenient to Harbourtown and great Centralized spot for Bike Riding. Will definitely book again!
