Luxurious and newly renovated 4 Bedroom 4 Bathroom Villa located in the heart of sought after Harbour Town. This home features views of the Calibogue Sound and the 18th hole of the Harbour Town Golf Club. The townhome is an end unit with 3 levels containing multiple windows allowing for amazing sunset views. Walk to the shops, restaurants, entertainment and the Yacht Basin in just minutes. The closest beach access is at Sea Pines Beach Club which is 2 mi away. Harbour South has its own community pool for you to enjoy just steps out the lower room patio door. Parking for 2 vehicles. Garage and Driveway.

The location was perfect! We had a view of the 18th fairway on Harbour Town Golf Course. A 5 minute walk to the Harbour Town Shops & Lighthouse. The townhome was beautiful & comfortable. Todd, the host, was so easy to work with! Would highly recommend staying here. This place will be our first choice when we return!

We spent one week at this rental and LOVED it! Communication was great, cleanliness was great and location was FANTASTIC! so close to all the activities for the whole family without even having to leave the plantation! Thank you to Todd who was very accommodating as well!

Great location, great for families!

We loved everything about this property! Great space for kids, great common area, and very comfortable bedrooms. Location is amazing for access to Harbourtown, and host was responsive and helpful. An exceptional space!

Sea Pines

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property in Sea Pines. The location was perfect - walking distance to Harbor Town and the golf course. The property was clean, well-maintained and had plenty of room for our group of eight. It was an ideal home base for Hilton Head exploration and would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend!!

Amazing Stay & Location

We had an incredible experience at this property. The place was very clean and well-maintained. The location couldn't have been better, close to everything yet quiet enough to relax. Todd was exceptionally responsive and helpful, always quick to answer any questions. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

Golf trip

Our group loved this property. How can golfers not love being just off the 18th at Harbour Town? The rooms are exactly as described in the listing and everyone stated that the beds were the most comfortable they have had at any VRBO rental. Todd was a fabulous host. Thank you!

Location + Layout

This is a wonderful property for families- great layout. My kids loved the bunk room- there is a high chair too which was helpful. Rooms are large and spacious, kitchen was stocked very nicely- anything you need, it’s there. Very close to Harbourtown- we loved that we could walk right over. Todd was very helpful and responsive.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa, right off the 18th hole of Harbourtown! The house could not have been nicer and made everything easy for us. House nicely stocked. Highly recommend.

Impeccable condo!

The owner of this property is great to work with and he keeps this property in incredible condition. We have stayed in many high-end properties and this was the most well-stocked and beautifully managed of all. Every detail was thought of and it was spotlessly clean. We were all impressed by the entire condition. We highly recommend this property and it can go on record that this is the FIRST time I have ever responded to a review. Definitely a great pick!!!

Perfect for Girl Getaway

We had a wonderful time! The property is top notch. The kitchen is first class with all modern appliances. The decor is stellar and the place was spotless! There was plenty of room for all 5 of is to have space. By far, one of the best rentals we have had and we travel a few times a year! Highly recommend this property and this owner! Todd was great and very responsive!!

This was a very spacious place for our family to stay everybody had their own space All upgraded appliances and everything you could ask for in the kitchen Very clean and beautifully decorated. Great location - walking distance to harbor-town restaurants and shops, the lighthouse and pool Easy access to the bike paths and the trolley Todd, the owner was very quick to answering questions

Look no further! The pics don’t do it justice. I woke to tranquil views with beautiful morning sunrises and that was just from the master bedroom. The house was very clean, inviting, comfortable and spacious enough where everyone had there own slice of peace. The kitchen was extremely well stocked which was great as we truly enjoy cooking. Added benefit was its proximity to Harbor Town. We hope other renters treat this home with care as we probably will be back.

Our best stay on HHI yet

This property is clean, well-stocked, with tv’s around every corner. The primary suite closet is a huge perk for longer stays, and we loved having the garage for tucking our car and bikes away when needed. The place is steps away from Harbour Town, gorgeous sunsets, great food, and manatees to boot.

Amazing stay!

The property manager was amazing with communication for check in and check out. The location is perfect just a short walk to harbor town. The property was the cleanest VRBO ive ever stayed in.
