The large backyard is a great place for children and pets to play. Please note it is not fenced. Pets are welcome if approved; please contact host. $20/night per pet, with discounts possible for longer stays. Please enquire.

While the home has two fireplaces, unfortunately they are not for use. Also, the garage is not included in rental.
NO smoking of any kind indoors please - penalty of $150 if ozone machine is required for next guest. All smoking must be done outdoors.

Pets are welcome! Pet fee of $20/night per pet will be requested separately a couple of days before your arrival. I'm open to discounts for smaller breeds or longer stays. Please keep all pets off of the furniture and pick up any messes outside prior to departure. Doggy bags are available.

If at any point you loose the keys to the house or lock them inside please contact Cheryl immediately. We will do everything possible to assist with gaining access, in the event a locksmith has to be called and a $150 fee will be required.
