Sunny Suite! New Basement Retreat: Cozy & Spacious with Full Kitchen
Discover your perfect getaway in Draper, close to skiing and mountain bike trails. This brand-new basement apartment offers a combination of comfort and convenience.
Enjoy the new modern kitchen with brand new Bosch stainless steel appliances, top-quality kitchenware, everything you'll need to fix and enjoy meals, as well as a Keurig and coffee press.
You can also relax in the cozy lounge area, equipped with a spacious sofa, 50” TV with Amazon Video and Netflix, and plenty of space to unwind.
In the bedroom there is (what we've been told by guests) the most comfy queen bed with high quality sheets and bedding.
Attached to the bedroom is a new bathroom with a large walk in shower (shampoo, conditioner, body soap, lotion, and a blow dryer provided).
You can do your laundry in the new Speed Queen washer and dryer- we will provide a few pods:)
Also available are two fold up luxury twin sized beds for any reservation over 2 up to 4. These beds are very comfortable!! - (say no to air mattresses lol).
We are right next to a small, quiet, safe park where you can set up an outdoor game (ask us for some!) or just stroll around if you feel like being outside.
We also provide some fun board games and reading material for your enjoyment.
This unit is fresh, beautiful, and special...I think you will be very happy staying here.

I grew up in Southern California. I moved to Utah after high school to go to university and have been here ever since. I love Utah's climate and it's recreational activities. I am amazed at it's beauty - in fact sometimes I stare at the mountains because they don't seem real! They are extraordinary. I like hosting because it is an opportunity to invite others to this beautiful state to enjoy all of the many things to do, places to visit, and beautiful sights to see. I love people who appreciate the beauty around them and who appreciate nice things. I try to help provide both of those things through hosting visitors at my home.

Here in Draper we are only a few miles from the best skiing in the world, the best mountain bike trails in the world, and the best hiking in the world! Draper also has many other fun activities to participate in and places to visit- the South Mountain Golf Course, the Riverbend Gold Course, Point of the Mountain Paragliding, Loveland Living Planet Aquarium, Southfork Park Pickleball Courts, Hale Centre Theatre, IKEA!, are all within a couple of miles of our home. There are also many food establishments, grocery stores, and a Cinemark movie theater less than a mile from our home.

I have put time and much thought into making my space into a place that would be the perfect place for guests to stay in - with hopes that those that stay will love it, appreciate it, and want to return to it. I have put thought into every detail of the space - providing quality bedding, a very comfy mattress, a beautiful bathroom, quality furnishings, top end appliances and kitchenware, a double desk for two work areas - all of the things you need and want to feel at home (away from home) - and the best of it.
