House Rules
Booking guest must be 21+ and present for the entire stay.
Small dogs under 50 lbs may be allowed with prior approval and a $150 pet fee.
No parties; please treat the home with care.
Report any maintenance issues immediately; call 911 for emergencies.
Respect Walton County quiet hours (10 PM–6 AM).
Clean the grill before checkout.
Starter supplies are provided; guests may need additional items depending on the length of stay.

Pets are permitted with prior approval and a Non-Refundable Pet fee.
We utilize a third-party concierge service that integrates directly with your booking channel to handle concierge services, rental agreements, and damage waivers. There is the option to choose between a small damage waiver or a hold on your credit card for damages. You will be asked for this information once your reservation is officially confirmed. Guest will also be required to sign a rental agreement prior to check in. Failure to provide the required information prior to check-in may result in reservation cancellation without refund.
