The views from this 10th-floor 3 bedroom 3 bath condo at Shoalwater can't be beat! Grab your coffee to watch the sunrise or your favorite nightcap to watch the sunset from the expansive wrap-around corner balcony. Truly one of the best views along the Alabama Coast!

This bright & beachy condo offers everything you could want for your vacation getaway. Plus, free parking!

- Large, comfy living area with electric fireplace, Smart TV, wrap-around couch, leather recliner and direct access to the Gulf-front balcony

We are hoping for another opportunity to stay here as our initial reservation had to be canceled due to an electrical fire in the building. The host quickly communicated with us regarding our reservation. Would love to stay here when we return to the area!

The large wraparound balconies and huge corner balcony were even better than the pictures or the description. We enjoyed the amazing views from the 10th floor both day and night! We found that 1006 had everything we needed in the kitchen, the bathrooms, and bedrooms. There were even binoculars for watching the parasailors, the pirate ships, and all the beach activity. 1006 has a great location for eating and shopping. We couldn't ask for more. We look forward to a return visit.

Room was immaculate! A/c worked perfect. The mattresses were very comfortable. The spacious balconies with ocean view were exactly as described but pictures don’t do it justice. We will definitely be booking here again soon! The host has been very friendly and responsive.

When I read the reviews and everyone kept saying it was fully furnished I kinda laughed bc no where we stay is ever fully furnished. BUT this one was! There was trash bags and laundry detergent! We were able to cook full meals and they had all of the pans, utensils, etc. The condo also was very clean! It fit our 2 families perfectly!

This condo was perfect for our family of 6! There was plenty of space for all of us, it was very clean, and stocked well. The views fromThe balcony were beautiful and it was quite. The beach area wasn’t crowded and my boys loved the pool. Our host was great to work with. She responded quickly when I would message her and was so helpful along the way! We will be coming back!

We’ve stayed at 20 plus condos in the Orange Beach area over the years. This one is easily in the top 5. Great location, beach access, updated well, and excellent corner balcony furniture. Thank you for a great experience.

Beautiful Condo in Orange Beach

The condo is well-appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay and cooking in the spacious kitchen. It was immaculate and the location was perfect. As one could imagine, our vacation was all about the beach: walking on it, sitting in the sun on it, and enjoying the amazing view from the wraparound balcony. Our host was very responsive and we have absolutely nothing negative to say about this gem in Orange Beach. Can’t wait to go back.

Just wrapped up a week in Orange Beach at this condo. What a great spot! Nicki thought of everything. Well stocked, nicely decorated and very clean. Views from the patio were perfect. Would definitely rent this unit again!
