Beautiful getaway

My husband and I along with our two teenage daughters, adult daughter & boyfriend, and beloved jack russell absolutely loved our stay! The condo was spacious, clean & boasted gorgeous views. The proximity to the beach was so convenient, even for my husband recovering from a broken leg, still wearing an orthopedic boot. I cannot rave enough about this place! We will return.

Family and friends summer vacation

Check in, check out a breeze. Condo was clean and had all of the amenities that one could want. Everything needed was included inside the condo, includy beach chairs , pool noodles, and beach towels. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Recharge Tropical Oasis

Great place to relax and recharge your batteries. This unit is a must return for next summer. Thank you so much for the great memories. As far as the condo - perfect and clean!!! All the amenities were provided. There only thing that I would add is a Keurig Coffee Maker. Overall - I am rebooking this unit for Summer 2023.

Nice Place

Everything was nice, there is a bit of a walk to get to the pools and the beach if you’re not close. But wasn’t too bad, also if you have neighbors and they are loud you will hear it, nothing crazy just little ones having a great time. Very nice place, also be prepared to pay tolls if you have to leave and come back. We purchased a $10 pass that allowed 10 trips through the toll.

Peaceful Views of the Lake & Steps to the Beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was tastefully decorated, very clean, and well-maintained. The peaceful views overlooking the lake were great for relaxing or eating a meal outdoors. We rented here for this unit being dog friendly. The only complaint about the condo is that the thermostat is set to not go below 72 degrees. Every night was hot and made it hard to sleep comfortable, even with fans running. After paying over $3,000.00 to stay here, I would expect more!! I have rented all over HHI, Amelia Island, and Destin, FL and never had these crazy and ridiculous restrictions. Also, beware of pool rules, at both pools. Several guest got fussed at and told they could not have any floating devices in the pool, including noodles. You can't bring in any food or drinks when their cafe is open and they automatically charge 20% gratuity for all orders. It was like having pool Nazi's everyday. Also, there is very limited parking at the pool, if you don't walk. It was great having the beach so close to walk to from this condo. This was our first time to Palm Coast and we definitely had to adjust to all of the rocks along the shoreline. My daughter got a few scrapes and cut her foot trying to boogie board. As for the management company, I had a hard time reaching someone to get information and make a reservation. It was a 50% hit or miss. The owner or manager was very rude and made me feel as though I was bothering him with my questions. I also kept getting referred to their welcome pack by staff if I called with any questions so as to not take up their time. Overall, I will probably be going back to HHI or Destin, FL after having to put up with all of these hassles during vacation. Beautiful area but not worth it!

Beautiful and peaceful place

Beautiful and peaceful place to stay for your vacations . The apartment is very comfortable and clean and have all stuff for cooking , beach and cleaning. We enjoyed the heated pool and it is very close to the beach . I recommend this place .

Amazing unit and location!

Condo was huge! Plenty of room, excellent accommodations, well stocked. Check in/out process was simple. Beds were pretty comfy for a rental. Loved the quick paved beach access (and place to rinse off beachside!), the pools were also awesome! Publix is close by as well as some other places to eat and visit. Felt secluded enough, but yet access yo everything you need. Great stay, wish we could have stayed longer!

5 Star Family Time

We really enjoyed our time at Cinnamon Beach! We have visited Over 5 times and have never been disappointed! The Pool was a delight with the kiddy slide addition. The grounds are impeccably well taken care of and the lakes were entertaining to watch the wildlife. thank you for sharing your home with us! We look forward to our next visit.

Peaceful and relaxing

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay this past week. We loved the easy access to the beach as well as the large balcony where we were able to enjoy some beautiful sunsets. The condo was clean and spacious enough for my family of 7 to feel very comfortable. The only thing that we wished that could have been different during our stay was having to work around the tides and wait for the low tide in order to safely go out into the water because of the many large rocks along the shoreline near our condo. There is, however, an area without these rocks within walking distance. This is a great place to stay if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway.

Nice week at the beach

Condo was ok. It needs updating, especially window treatments to the lanai. Carpet also needs attention. First time to cinnamon beach. Nice but the sand was like nothing I’ve ever seen.. Very coarse sand that ,when mixed with sunscreen, cements itself to your legs. Lovely pools.
