Large outdoor area underneath the house provides ample space for grilling and al fresco dining. Marshview Manor is conveniently located near the natural shoreline beach.
The space
We are located on the beautiful Harbor Island. A gated community with beautiful marshes, tranquil quiet beaches, perfect fishing whether on the marsh or on the north-end of the island. Our island boasts a large community pool that overlooks the marsh, a fitness center, nature trails, fishing dock, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, putting green and so much more.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the property outside of the locked closets on the two living floors.

If a golf cart is needed, we can work with you on making arrangements to rent one.
Other things to note
Our home has space for 4 regular sized vehicles.There is not boat parking unfortunately, unless it is a reasonable size and would take place of a parking spot. The island does charge guests for passes and the price depends on how long your stay will be. Parking on the grass is prohibited all over the island. You must park in designated spaces, or you will be ticketed. In our yard, we do have a sprinkler system that runs closely along the driveway, so stay on the concrete is imperative.
