Great place and a great host! A big winter storm hit while we were staying here. The host was very responsive and helpful, making sure we had what we needed and even shoveling the steps for us. I would definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful home in the historic Capitol Hill neighborhood! This home is in a quiet, family neighborhood. We were able to relax and sleep well after each day of sightseeing in DC. It is impeccably kept and was exceptionally clean upon arrival. Staying here made us feel like we were a part of DC and not just visitors sightseeing. Thank you for sharing this lovely home.

This was the perfect place to stay for our family holiday. The neighborhood is close to the capital yet in a quiet neighborhood. We had the space we needed as well as all of the comforts of home. Gary was an exceptional communicator. This was an all around perfect choice.

Our family enjoyed a visit to DC for the Thanksgiving holiday, and this was the perfect spot to enjoy time in the district. Everything - from furnishings, to kitchen, to bedrooms and linens - was well appointed and made us feel right at home. Gary was an incredibly responsive and helpful host who helped ensure everything was taken care of. We would love to stay here again.

Our extended family of 6 (plus one more couple who dropped in for the day) really enjoyed our stay at this charming townhouse! The location was excellent - very quite at night, and walking distance to the park, nearby coffee & wine shop, restaurants, and museums.We enjoyed getting to know a new neighborhood vs. staying in a downtown hotel. Very friendly, with families out walking with kids and pets!

Amazing location

We enjoyed staying close to the Capitol Building in a large home with easy parking and lots of space for everyone to stretch out including a secluded basement bedroom with small attached additional kitchen

Great week in DC

This was a great property for our family vacation (7 adults). There was plenty of room with good accommodations, comfy beds, and a nice quiet neighborhood. Gary is tremendous at communicating and making sure everything goes smoothly. It was a decent location for getting to the sites we wanted to visit.

We stayed with a family of 5 while touring DC and checking out colleges/law schools for our kids. Excellent location and beautifully decorated home. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!
