The ELCO BEACHFRONT cottage is a desired premium location at the Sun Communities Resort retreat at Sherkston Shores Beach Resort.

- Plenty of private outdoor space for this cottage includes a large patio deck, propane BBQ and propane fire table, private grassy side yard

- Fully furnished private 2 BDRM cottage sleeps 8 guests. The bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed. There is a pull out sofa in the living room with a pull across screen for privacy. The add-a-room has a pull out sofa, second dining table and TV.

- The fully equipped kitchen has counter space for prep work, a dining table, and opens up to the living room…a comfortable space to enjoy!  It also has a washer & dryer, Keurig pod & drip coffee makers, toaster, electric kettle, and electric juicer.

- Air conditioning  and  5 ceiling fans, 60” smart TV, and internet.

- The entire cottage is for private use of guests.

- Lifted golf cart included, two private parking spots.

- We will provide pillows and blankets. however, we kindly ask that guests bring their own bedding, face & bath towels, personal toiletries, and any other essentials they may require during their stay.

- If you prefer not to pack bedding and towels, you can arrange linen service directly with Sheetz N Giggles Linen Supply. They will deliver fresh linens directly to the cottage before your arrival and pick them up after you leave, making your vacation even more convenient.
