Welcome to the cozy place by the beach. A cozy and relaxing 1.5 storey cottage. Amazing location!! Kick back by the fire, lounge on the beautiful screened in deck or stroll down to the beach for some fun in the sun. Just steps from the sandy shores of Pleasant beach and Capri Restaurant and beach bar. Only 5min from Sherkston Shores and 10min from Whiskey Run Golf Club, and the town of Ridgeway for shops, restaurants, Breweries, Chrystal Beach and Zooz Safari Niagara.

It was a lovely property to stay at for our end of summer trip. We did day trips to the Zoo and checked out Crystal beach. Both very close by.Property was clean and the kids loved the campfire and outdoor space.Thank you!!

We had a great time. The pictures are accurate and there was a great selection of beach stuff. The hammock was perfect. I was happy with how much there was for kids and we enjoyed eating dinners on the screened in patio. So close to the beach with an ice cream shop and a restaurant. We will be back!

Nice private gateway with the kids

We really enjoyed our time at pleasant beach cottage! Well stocked, and clean with lots of games to keep the kids occupied, screened on porch was great bonus space. Short walk to the beach with chairs, a wagon and boogy boards. Bedrooms were a little warm with limited A/C units but we made it eh best of it with fans provided.

Great stay for beach and Niagara Falls trip with family

We stayed at the cabin for our family trip to visit Niagara Falls. The cabin was clean and well stocked. Love the games, books, and beach chairs/wagon. It was only a 30 minute drive to Niagara Falls. Camp fire area was nice and the welcome s’mores kit was a nice touch! Now we are on a hunt to find the chocolate covered biscuits in the US- game changer!

Lovely and very clean!

Me and my two teenage children had a great time at this lovely cottage. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The cottage was very clean and cozy. We especially enjoyed the large and safe fire pit and the screened in porch.

Great cottage!

We had a fantastic time, my husband and I brought our 7 and 6 year old children and our 1 year old pup, we had a great time with the big property to play on. Lots of things to do there. Only suggestion.. turning the AC units on before hand for the cottagers to arrive so it's a bit cooler in the cottage. We arrived when the heat wave was 40 and it took almost 24 hours to get the cottage down to a reasonable temp that was comfortable. Thankfully we had the closed porch so we could hang out in there. Overall a GREAT experience. We will be back!!!

Good place to stay

This is a very nice property within walking distance of the beach. Love the meshed-in patio. Very clean and well supplied. Gave it 4 stars as we had to supply our own bedding and being that we flew in from Yukon, we obviously didn't bring bedding. Great property overall though. Would stay again. Stay here.

Perfect Spot

This Cottage was perfect! Super clean and very welcoming. We didn't get to the cottage until 3am day of check. The hosts had some snacks on the table which were greatly appreciated by some hangry teens. We would definitely stay here again if ever pur travels take is to the Niagra area

Great time at cottage by the Lake

We had a great time staying in this cottage by the Lake. The house was perfect for our family of 4. It was within walking distance to the beach and made for easy access. There were great toys for the beach including chairs and a wagon. We loved the fire-pit. Some of the bedrooms were a little warm since the a/c is two stand alone units but there are lots of fans. Also if you want to use the TVs in the upstairs bedrooms be sure to bring a fire stick or something. My favorite part was definitely the screened in porch. We spent a lot of time out there and ate most meals out there. It was a great stay!

Feels like home away from home

Just spent 10 nights and loved every minute. Great location, well maintained, clean, everything you would need for a beach/cottage holiday. The beach is very close and the waters at Lake Erie warm up nicely and are very shallow for a great distance out allowing little ones to play safely. Outside area provides a wonderful firepit and chairs along with lots of grassy area for games or sitting in the shade or lazing in the hammock. Cottage itself is the perfect size and screened in porch just adds to your living space for relaxing nights of games or just chillin. On way to beach is a great ice cream store and beside it is a restaurant that serves up good food choices. Most nights they have live music which you can hear at cottage but it's not to loud if your not into that. It's a dead end street and very little traffic which is great for kids playing. I would definitely recommend a stay and we will be returning next year.
