Ocean Front Condo. Just steps from the beach. With Ocean View Balcony.

Very cute beachy ocean front Condo. With a safe family friendly atmosphere. Located in south Myrtle Beach. The condo is in the Myrtle Beach Resort complex in the Renaissance Tower. The resort complex is gated with security. Parking rate is $10 a day. Parking pass can be purchased at the front security gate or on line at mbrparking.com. The security gate dose not except cash. If you chose to purchase on line ahead of time just print out the receipt and present it at the gate. Access is limited to those who rent or live on the property. There is no check-in process. No front desk or lines. We provide you with a gate code and door lock code and your in relaxing in no time at all. There are three elevators to get you to the 6th floor to enjoy the amazing view of the ocean or the Myrtle Beach sky line. If your looking for a place to let your young teenager loose, this is the place. You can see the beach and the ocean from our Queen size bed or seated on the couch. We have padded chairs on the balcony to enjoy the view. Perfect for a couple but will accommodate a family of 4 easily. Bunk beds, fold out couch with sleeping options. Eat in Kitchen. Newly remodeled Full kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove and dish washer. Kitchen is fully equipped if you care to eat in. We have a Walmart grocery store/shopping center right across the road from the resort. The complex has many amenity's such as several indoor and outdoor pools and jacuzzi. The lazy river and the kiddy pool is perfect for the little ones. Picnic areas for grilling out, basketball courts, tennis courts and a new playground round out the outdoor fun when your not on the beach. A Ice Cream/snack shop inside the fenced lazy river. There is also a bar/Grill to get an evening drink and a bit to eat while listening to karaoke right on the beach. A pizza shop on property. A coffee and gift shop on the first floor of the Tower. Weekends and Holidays have live music during the afternoon hours most of the time. Every Thursday night a Fire Show by the main pool. Exercise rooms for those who don't like to take a brake in the routine. At this time we DO NOT provide linens or towels for the Queen sized bed. There are two beach chairs and a umbrella for your enjoyment down next to the water. Our family has owned and used this condo personally for the last six years. We still occasionally threw out the year use the condo ourselves. Mattress covers are changed out regularly. We are not one of those owners that never see our condo. We are ready to share the many family memories at the beach with our guests. We live close by and know the area well. The queen bed is being supported by a piece of plywood. It appeared to be & also slept as if it is many years old & worn out. We even slept on the couch one night to see if it was more comfortable.

Resort is nice. Room was cozy. Nice northern view of the ocean. Less stars because the bed was worn and uncomfortable. Only one draw to store clothes and shelf in closet prevents clothes from hanging straight down. The 2 of us had a lot of clothing for a wedding. No place to store suitcases. Parking was tough and always had to walk far.

We had the best week together staying here! It was our first time at MBR and the condo we stayed at was perfect for our family of four! The property manager was great at communicating about everything! Highly recommend staying here!

Small nice family vacation spot!

Nice place to stay for a small family. Clean and comfortable sleeping areas. Close to beach and pools. Owner was wonderful to work with! Overall wonderful experience.

This place is everything you love about the beach in one spot. With beach front access, plenty of pools, playgrounds and other amentities, you'll never be bored. It also has security and a very friendly atmosphere. We enjoy the location

Myrtle beach resort

I overall liked staying at this property for the weekend with my husband and grandson. It was close to the ocean and the pools were fabulous. It was a bit dated, but we were outside mostly.

Great stay - great location!

This was an awesome week at the beach! The location was ideal - could watch the sunrise and sunset from the balcony each day and the walk to the beach was not long at all. Access to several pools if the beach wasn’t on your list for the day. Live music most nights or karaoke made for fun evenings.

It was just as described in the listing. Perfect for our weekend getaway! The hosts were very responsive prior to arriving and at arrival. We had no issues while there, so we didn’t have communication after check in. Would definitely stay again!

Great Location

We had a great stay! The resort has everything you need for family! There's a pool right off the beach. A snack bar at the pool, a restaurant oceanfront. The studio condo is perfect for family of 4. Kitchen was fully stocked. We are already planning our next stay at resort.

Nice View and short walk to everything

My son and I enjoyed our stay and enjoyed bonding. We didn’t half to walk far to get to the beach or the beach restaurant. We also got ice cream and swam in a few pools. Everything was smoothe and we weren’t stressed at all.

Nice, cute and comfortable. I rented this for my elderly parents so that they would be close to me at Ocean Lakes. They loved it and it was very convenient for them and me.

All You Need

Enjoyed the space, smaller but just right for 3 gals. Some of the on site amenities were not working like the hot tub and sauna, but we really didn’t have a need for that. Loved the onsite bar and grill with a DJ or Band…..great atmosphere and beach area. My husband and I plan to come back hopefully to this exact place. Hosts were super responsive and polite!!!!

We never went into the pool because the water was ice cold. Advertised as heated pools-we don't think they were heated.

Wendy and I love the beach and come down to the condo often. During the off season it is very peaceful.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We wanted a condo on the beach out of the down town rush. We wanted a safe place for our kids to be turned loose and not have to worry. The gated and secure resort with lots for the kids to do was exactly what we were looking for. On site bar/grill was just a bonus. We really enjoy coming down to the condo.

7 pools, 2 indoor pools, hot tub and steam room. Bar/grill on site, gift shop, kiddy lazy river and pool that is fenced in. Very family friendly atmosphere.
