Centrally located in Louisville, this home is perfect for both an exciting night out or a cozy night in. Only 4.2 miles away from iconic Churchill Downs, 3 miles from the Louisville International Airport, and just a short walk away from the Louisville Zoo, the Louisville Nature Center, Joe Creason park, and several local restaurants!

The space
Our designer curated home is perfect for those traveling both in small groups or independently for work or pleasure. We have a back patio great for entertaining and a front porch with a great view (perfect for sipping your morning coffee!). Both drive way and street parking are available for your convenience.
Guest access
The property features Schlage Encode smart locks to provide self check-in. You will be provided your own personal code that will be active for the duration of stay. The code is the last four of the telephone number that you have listed, so it's very easy to remember!
Other things to note:
The kitchen well-equipped to prepare meals and feature all cookware, cooking utensils, dinnerware and flatware. Basics items such as salt, pepper and oil are provided. If any of these are out, please do not hesitate to ask as we keep stock of these items and someone can drop them off. Coffee essentials such as K-Cups, a variety of sweeteners and creamers are provided.
The bathrooms are stocked with bath products, and plush linens.
These units are available for short term and long term stays. Laundry is available in the unit at no charge, however you will need to provide your own detergent. Long term guest may request to have additional cleanings and linen changes during the stay for an additional fee. Also, toilet paper, paper towels and other basics are not replenished during the stay due to the significant discount of the rate provided during the duration of the stay.
Residents of Louisville are only allowed to book due to an unforeseen closing issue during a sale, a movie production situation, damage repairs that require a home to be vacated or remodeling. The booking must be a long term stay. We will not book to residents of Louisville that are looking for a housing solution or a weekend get-a-way.
We do have a strict cancelation policy due to the calendar being unavailable to book to other guest, so traveler's insurance is highly recommended. By declining traveler’s insurance, you also assume all liability for your personal property during your stay.
