• Maven’s Haven is not suitable for children under 13.
• All guests must be registered through Airbnb. Only registered guests are allowed on the property; visitors are not permitted.
• A Blink motion-activated doorbell camera is installed at the entrance to support smooth check-in.
• A Wynd Sentry device in the living room monitors decibel levels and air quality to ensure comfort for guests and neighbors. Please keep noise respectful, especially during quiet hours (10pm–7am).
• Tampering with the Blink doorbell camera, Wynd Sentry, or WiFi equipment is strictly prohibited.
• Due to our central location, guests may hear typical city sounds such as traffic, voices, music, fireworks, and general activity.
• Water quality at the bay and beach varies with environmental conditions and may be lower during rainy season. Local signage will indicate when swimming is not recommended.
• No refunds will be provided for matters outside our control, including weather, city noise, or beach conditions.
• By booking Maven’s Haven, you agree to these house rules. Non-compliance will result in immediate eviction without refund.
