You'll be right in the heart of Phinney Ridge at this two-story condo, beautifully situated with views across the rooftops of Green Lake, the surrounding city, and the snow-capped Cascades in the distance.

This condo is part of a triplex building, one that enjoys a prime location in one of Seattle's most beloved neighborhoods. So much is within walking distance, from the Phinney Farmers Market (around the corner) to the park and paths that circle Green Lake (half a mile). Explore Woodland Park Zoo (half a mile), Fremont, Ballard (both less than two miles), and Golden Gardens Park at sunset (three miles). It's even a straight shot into downtown Seattle five miles south.

Come home from a fun-filled day in the city to find every comfort and essential waiting for you. Stream your favorite show in the living room, or step out onto the balcony with a cold drink and a gorgeous view.

When you're not dining out, you'll have a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an adjacent table for home-cooked meals. When it's time to turn in, there's one bedroom and one full bathroom on each floor. The upstairs bedroom features a smart TV and a jetted tub in its bathroom, while the cozy downstairs room offers a TV (for DVD, VHS, and HDMI hook-up only) and a desk where you can log onto the complimentary WiFi.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). I didn't love any thing about this place ...the stair hand rails were covered in black mold and were unstable. There was a small balcony with now outdoor furniture. Beyond weird.

Great Neighborhood, space is used really well!

We stayed for almost a week, and really enjoyed getting to walk around the neighborhood. Also pretty close to most of what you wanna do by public transit, which was great. There are a fair number of stairs to get up to the rental and inside, but that seems pretty typical for Seattle. We used the crib for our 11 month old, and it was nice and sturdy!

Hideaway in cozy part of Seattle

This is a perfect spot for someone who wants to experience a true local Seattle experience. We were visiting family and friends who live in the neighborhood. We knew from past visits this neighborhood is fully stocked with coffee shops, pastry shops, restaurants, bars, cute shopping, and local parks. We were able to park off the beaten path and walk as much as we wanted. The space is very cozy: it encourages you to take a load off and just rest from a busy day. The property manager was very communicative. They had told us about the leak that a prior review mentioned which had already been repaired and wasn't an issue. All we saw was fresh plaster and paint. Like most houses in Seattle there was no air conditioning but there were multiple fans set up for our convenience that were perfect. Given the overall positive stay, the location, the property manager we will definitely seek this rental out for our next family visit. **Of note there are a LOT of stairs. We were fine with it but if you have any mobility issues this could be an issue. You are on a top floor and the unit is a bi-level. The master bedroom and bathroom are on the top floor. This makes for some lovely views but be prepared.

Know what you're getting

Nice view, nice neighborhood. Bad unit. Be prepared to go up and down multiple flights of stairs every time you come and go. The unit is hot, uncomfortable, and not well maintained. We got out of there as fast as we could.

Nice view, nice neighborhood. Property is not easily accessible and is poorly maintained. There is only one entrance that requires multiple flights of stairs. The upstairs toilet leaked and flooded the downstairs foyer while we were there. The one tiny AC unit downstairs did nothing for the upstairs main bedroom, and the entire unit was miserably hot. We got out of there as fast as we could.
