We are a couple deeply connected to this land and its natural beauty. One of us is originally from Europe, with a background in psychopedagogy, and the other was born and raised here in the Caribbean of Costa Rica. Together, we share a passion for nature, sustainability, and hospitality. These values guide everything we do—from the way we care for the tropical garden that surrounds the villa, to the way we welcome our guests.

Our property is home to an extraordinary variety of wildlife, which we strive to protect and respect. With a bit of patience and a careful eye, guests may spot two- and three-toed sloths, armadillos, agoutis, coatis, tree frogs, toucans, parrots, hummingbirds, morpho butterflies, and more. These animals feel so safe in our garden that many have chosen it as their permanent home—a source of pride and joy for us. Of course, as in any natural environment, sightings depend on the animals’ rhythm and camouflage, which they rely on for safety.

We’ve worked in tourism for many years and love what we do. The villa reflects our values: it was built using local materials and traditional Caribbean craftsmanship, combining authentic charm with all modern comforts—AC, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, spa-style bathrooms, spacious indoor and outdoor areas, and thoughtful details throughout.

As a family, we’re also committed to supporting people with special needs and creating connections between nature and community. What we enjoy most about the neighborhood is its stunning natural beauty combined with vibrant culture and everyday convenience. We chose this area because of its exceptional biodiversity and its proximity to some of the most beautiful and untouched beaches in Costa Rica. The Afro-Caribbean culture adds a unique energy—with its colors, music, and flavors—that makes this place truly one of a kind.

It’s a peaceful, multicultural neighborhood with a warm and welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels at home. What we love is that you can live surrounded by jungle, in close contact with wildlife, and still walk to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants, and the bus stop in just a few minutes. The villa is located in a quiet residential area and feels like a private oasis, thanks to its lush tropical garden and natural setting. It’s the perfect mix of tranquility, authenticity, and accessibility—and that’s exactly why we love it here.

One of the unique highlights is the hot water jacuzzi, a rare luxury in the area, perfect for unwinding on cool evenings or rainy days, alongside a beautiful swimming pool. These water features, together with the soothing sounds of waterfalls from the intense and rich jungle garden, enhance the feeling of being in a serene retreat.

The property’s design reflects the typical Caribbean style—spacious, airy rooms with natural ventilation and handcrafted wooden details that keep the spaces cool and connected with the outdoors. The semi-open living room blends indoor and outdoor living while ensuring privacy and comfort.

Wildlife is abundant here: sloths (both two- and three-toed), toucans, agoutis, armadillos, parrots, frogs, and butterflies all share this vibrant ecosystem, offering guests an immersive nature experience.
