Great place to get away

This was an incredible stay. The photos don’t really do it justice. It is in a secluded location, right on the water with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We stayed for a long duration and we were very comfortable and the host was very accommodating. It was just what we needed for a relaxing summer on the water. It is close to Camden and Elizabeth City (30 mins) so shops and amenities are not too far away. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Amazing!

Came here with my parents to celebrate a birthday and it was PERFECT. A little bit of a trek to get to (bring everything you need - closest big grocery store is about 35 mins away) but the drive is gorgeous and it is so worth it! The house was set up for the most relaxing, peaceful time and you could see the sound all around - even more beautiful than the pictures in the post if possible. It was so wonderful to be able to use the hot tub and kayaks! The kitchen is small but fully stocked and we made some great meals. A perfect getaway for 2-4 people. Loved that I could bring my dog as well. I've already recommended this spot to at least 4 people, thanks so much for sharing it.

Great place to get away from it all.

This property is about a 15-20 min drive from a main road and about 30 min from the closest town. There is very little signal until you get inside and connect to wifi so make sure you have your check in information saved (door pin) before you get there. That said, we were very happy with our stay. I spent most of my time relaxing and reading on the balcony. My husband and son drove to Elizabeth City each day (about 30 min each way) to grab food and to go golfing. The views were great, the inside was clean, the beds were comfortable and we loved the hot tub and fire pit. The view of the stars at night are amazing. If it were earlier in the season we would’ve used the kayaks and done more fishing. Overall, a great, quiet place to get away from it all.

Beautiful secluded vacation spot

We stayed for 4 nights and everything was fantastic. The house is very cozy with great views and very relaxing. You do need to bring your own toiletries, but everything else is provided. There's an espresso and coffee machine with coffee provided. There's even syrups for the coffee! The screened in deck is peaceful and a good place to read a book. The host is very gracious and will take care of you. I would definitely love to come back here again. My dog also has a great time. There were dogs from the neighbors that they let run around freely, but I didn't have issues with them. My dog actually played with one of them. It's very secluded so I see why they are let out like that. So if you bring your pet just be aware there are dogs in the area. Not the owners fault though, but I love animals so for me this was a plus.
