Centrally located in the cute and quaint Town of Duck, this oceanside home is the perfect beach retreat for families looking for comfort, convenience, and style.
Located in the Bayberry Bluffs community, access to the Duck Boardwalk dotted with shopping and dining options is just a short walk or bike ride away. Sunny days will be spent on the beautiful beaches of Duck, with community access just at the end of the street.
The top level of Ra’s Roost boasts a recently renovated kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, countertop seating for 4, and even a coffee bar, perfect for brewing a cup before a walk to the beach to check out the sunrise. A dining area with seating for 10 is flanked by a cozy living area and even a small workspace, ideal for remote working or learning. A king bedroom, a full shared bath, and a furnished deck with ocean views round out this level.
On the ground level is the dry entry, a convenient full-sized refrigerator, and the laundry area. Step outside to soak in hot tub or have a drink at the tiki bar.
For your convenience, this home provides sheets and towels.
Ra's Roost is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge for guests bringing pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet fees range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes.
