Queen Anne's Revenge at the Beach by RedAwning
Come enjoy this original outer banks beach cottage. We have a fully stocked
kitchen where you can prepare your family meals. This cottage features 3
bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms - a total of 2 Queen Beds and 4 Twins.
We have high speed Wi-Fi, a 55 inch smart TV, off street parking and yes, we
are pet friendly!
We are located just across the street from a fantastic beach.
### **The space**
The main, or master bedroom features a queen size bed as well as a twin bed.
The second bedroom features a Queen bed and the third bedroom or kid's room
features 3 twin beds.
This Original Beach Cottage, having been constructed in the 1960's, is updated
with Central Heat/AC, and has everything needed to enjoy a fantastic beach
vacation. Parking is directly in front of the cottage and there is a lockbox
on the unit so that you can check yourself in and out.
We are situated "between the highways" as it's called here on the island,
however we are the second house from the water. It will take you less than one
minute to walk to the beaches.
Even with a thorough modernization, the property is a historical home that is
now over 70 years old. It has some eccentricities that reflect building
standards and designs from the turn of the last century that lends to its
charm as an older beach cottage. Our bathrooms are not as large as modern
built, even so, we hope that you will love our older and charming home.
### **Guest access**
There is a lockbox on the unit. You can check yourself in and out.
Pet Fee is $99 per pet and per stay plus tax and processing fees.
If not disclosed prior to your stay, the pet fee is $300
Pets must be house trained and stay off of bedding and furniture
An Extra Cleaning fee of $99 will be charged to remove pet hair from bedding
or furniture
Extra Charges:
Early Check-In for 1 PM - $75 (if available) Late Check-Out at 1 PM - $75 (if
available)
Normal Check Out is 10 AM. A fee of $45 per hour is charged beginning at
10:05 AM
Cleaners are on a schedule and can not be kept waiting!
This is a Family/Residential unit and area. No loud music or noise. Quiet
hours begin at 9 PM.
