You and your family will love the warm and inviting character of this charming, classic Outer Banks family cottage. Positioned on a small side street in South Nags Head, you are away from the hustle of the main roads, but only 75 steps from the ocean with no roads to cross. After a day at the beach, cool off in the outside shower and relax on the spacious deck, while you take in the fabulous ocean views.
Bring the bikes and explore Nags Head on the walking and bike path, directly accessible from your driveway. Sea Salt is just a few miles from Jennette’s Pier, Bodie Island Lighthouse and Oregon Inlet, where you can book that deep sea fishing trip, or watch the catch of the day hauled in at the dock. Convenient access to Manteo is also a plus. Just a quick drive over to the delightful town, you can visit Roanoke Island Festival Park the Elizabethan Gardens, The Lost Colony Outdoor Drama or NC Aquarium on Roanoke Island.
Only a few miles from Outlets Nags Head, it's great for the shoppers in the family. In the area, you can experience exceptional beach cuisine, such as the famous Owens Restaurant or Sam and Omie's, offering legendary breakfast, sandwiches and burgers, and delicious traditional seafood. You must not miss happy hour on the old wooden legendary Outer Banks Fishing Pier at Fish Heads Bar and Grill.
