The large, open top level great room is flooded in natural light from the wall of windows featuring breathtaking views of the Atlantic. The comfortable living area provides the perfect space to relax with a good book or enjoy a movie with the family during nights in. Step out onto the oceanfront deck to catch a glimpse of the dolphins playing while soaking in the warm salty breezes with a cup of coffee each morning! The dining area provides multiple seating options to enjoy meals with a view. An open kitchen boasts countertop seating, 2 dishwashers, and plenty of counter space for meal prep. A convenient half bath and a king en suite with a large private bathroom with both a soaking tub and a shower complete the top level at So Lucki.

On the mid level, 2 king en suites offer ocean views and oceanfront deck access. A queen bedroom and a bedroom with a pyramid bunk and trundle share a full hall bath with a double vanity and a tub/shower combo. The oceanfront deck on this level boasts a bubbling hot tub, perfect for relaxing in while taking in the views after a long day at the beach!

Head down to the ground level, where you will find a recreation room with a pool table, a wet bar with a full-size refrigerator, sofas, a TV, and a sliding door leading to the pool area. A convenient half bath on this level can be accessed from the pool area, providing convenience for all. A king en suite with a private bath with a tub/shower combo, as well as a queen bedroom and a pyramid bunk bedroom with a twin trundle connected by a Jack and Jill bath (tub/shower combo) round out the interior of this well-appointed home.

The whole family is sure to love the oceanfront private 12x28 pool, as well as the private boardwalk to the beach with a dunetop deck with bench seating!

Pool heat is available for an additional $400 per week. Heated pools generally open from the 2nd week of April to the 3rd week of October.

Sheets and towels are provided for full-week reservations.

So Lucki is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge of $210 plus tax for guests bringing pets, which will be added and collected after booking.

Top Level: Open floor plan kitchen, dining, and living area with 65" TV and slider to oceanfront deck, half bath, king en suite with private bath (stall shower and Jacuzzi tub).
