Guest access
Prior to arrival, guests will receive a code that allows entry into the home. Check-in is at 4PM, and check-out is at 11AM. We will do our best to accommodate early/late check in or out when requested in advance. The home is entirely yours during your stay. There will be a guest house manual upon arrival with local area recommendations including things to do, restaurants and grocery stores. Please feel free to reach out if you have any additional questions about the area!

You are staying in a neighborhood home and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbors by keeping the noise levels down, especially between 11pm and 8am.

While we love animals, pets are not allowed at this location. Please no parties or unauthorized guests allowed at any time. There is no smoking inside the home and please no redecorating or moving furniture.

Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages will result in damages
fees, and any may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to AirBNB.

There is one camera out front on the doorbell. There are no other cameras on the property and you will have full privacy while hanging and lounging inside the house and while enjoying the backyard
