Preciosa casa de dos pisos zancos en Indian Rocks Beach situado entre Clearwater Beach y St. Playa Petersburgo. Gran porche en la parte delantera, con ventiladores de techo, cama de día y una zona de comedor. Hamaca y porche swing en la parte inferior de la casa.

Disfrute de todo lo que la playa tiene que ofrecer durante su estancia en una hermosa casa moderna playa. NO reglas o ruidos de condominios.

. Quítese los zapatos y ver la puesta de sol a satisfacer las aguas del Golfo. Ubicación de nuestra casa se sitúa a poca distancia en coche de numerosos lugares de interés situados en el área de Tampa Bay. (Busch Gardens, Disney World, Univeral estudios, Sea World, Tampa Bay Rays, Bucaneros, Rayo de hockey y mucho más).

Usted está a poca distancia a pie de restaurantes, tiendas y grandes tiendas de comestibles. Ambos dormitorios tienen cama king size pillow-top camas con TV por cable y ventiladores de techo en todo el la casa.

This place was everything we could have wanted. Beach access was right across the street with plenty of food options within walking distance. All the small details were provided by the hosts to make this house a total gem. Could not have been happier to stay here!

Beach staycation

This property was perfect for our beach "staycation". Just steps across the street from the beach. Great area for riding bikes to numerous restaurants. The house had everything we could ever need.

Fantastic stay at a great property!

My wife, daughter, daughter's boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property on Indian Rocks Beach. The property is very nice and looks just like the pictures. It's only a short walk across the street to the beach access which was very convenient. Lots of restaurants very close by and a little convenience store right around the corner. Would definitely stay again.

Beauty and the Beach June-July 2022

We had a very enjoyable time! The property was clean and comfortable. All amenities that we needed were there. Our hosts were gracious an accommodating to our schedule. Proximity to the beach was perfect!

Lovely home by the beach

We enjoyed our stay. This home is just across the street from the beach, in a convenient location. All the needed amenities were there. Very nice patio and a lounging area with hammocks downstairs. Cheers!

Good Beach house family trip

Overall great location for both teenager and 9 year old! This Mom enjoyed reading out on the screened porch on the bed swing. When my husband was not napping in it! Easy walk across the cross walk over to the beach!

Fun family beach trip

This house was great for our family - a very short walk to the beach, close to restaurants, parks and gift shops. We also loved the hammocks and dart board under the house, and the bathroom has nice updates not shown in these pictures. The homeowners were so nice and accommodating, recommending several things for us to do and places to eat, as well as pulling out their kayak, beach chairs and umbrellas for us to use. We had a great week!

Close to the beach!

This home was exactly what we were looking for! No worrying about elevators in a house! We felt like we were at home for a week. So many beach accessories to take with us across the street to the beach. We had family bike rides. There were many places we could walk to. The property itself was great. Everything we could possibly need was thought of and there. We will be booking this house again, if it’s available!!

The bikes have been a big hit with a lot of renters. Plus, there have been a lot of new shops opening just blocks from the house. ( coffee house ,produce market and a ice cream shop) Please do come back next year!

Most amazing stay!

Our family had so much fun and relaxation in the Reaves' clean and well-stocked beach home. The beach is a 2 minute walk away, and the sturdy wagon at the house made it quite easy for us to haul all of the provided chairs, umbrellas, and toys. The kitchen is better stocked than my own home kitchen! Had to contact the owner during our stay, and Jim was quite responsive and accommodating-even let us stay a few hours longer since our flight was delayed. My only complaint is that the house was not available for our Christmas vacation!

Simply wonderful!

I stayed at this house for a week with my husband, daughter and her friend. Everything was completely as it was stated on the app. This was a very neat place. Plenty of activities for the girls to keep themselves busy at the house. The owner also left the bikes out for us to use and those were definitely useful. The house was walking distance from a few souvenir stores, convenience stores, the mangroves boardwalk and of course a small walk to the beach. The house was also close to several grocery stores to buy groceries for the week. I was also able to use the grill for a couple nights. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. My family absolutely loved every minute of the stay; we didn't want to leave!!! I would 100% stay at this location again!

So sad to leave :(

Very nautically themed home- super homey and comfortable. Beds, couches, seating, pillows- all comfortable. One of us slept every night on the bed on the screened porch, using the second bedroom just for storing & changing clothes. We spent a great deal of time on the screened porch while one of us was videoconferencing all day. Great wifi, no problems. Across the street from beach access- so close we’d run on the beach every morning, have a full day, and return to the beach for sunset. Short walk to multiple restaurants and a convenience store. Owner communicated well. Only downside is limited availability.

A perfect getaway!

We had a wonderful time at this VRBO property, and had everything we could have possibly needed for a perfect vacation. The kitchen was very well stocked, with a variety of cookware and serving pieces, frosty mugs ready in the freezer, and basics like salt, pepper, paper towels, and dishwasher soap. There's plenty of room to stretch out and relax, with a large living/dining area and a screened porch to choose from. A public beach access pathway is just across Gulf Boulevard, and a wagon, beach chairs, and umbrellas are ready to go when you arrive. Bicycles and grilling supplies were also thoughtfully provided. The wireless was strong and so was our phone coverage (T Mobile). We've vacationed in this area for many years and ate at our favorites Keegan's and PJ's Oyster Bar this time. This time we also discovered Ward's Seafood Market in Clearwater, and highly recommend both their fresh salmon and the carryout grouper sandwiches. The Kooky Coconut is a short walk away and has great ice cream and Cuban sandwiches, too. We are already planning a return visit and appreciate James's hospitality and willingness to share his family's amazing home. From the location to the vintage beach decor, it was perfect!

Home away from home

As soon as we walked into Jim's property my entire family felt at peace. The natural lighting within the property was welcoming. The screened patio was my favorite area. I fell asleep on the daybed the first night while reading a book. The neighborhood is quite, but you can hear cars passing on Gulf boulevard which was not distracting. I have an eight year old and 11 year old daughter, plus my wife so being able to go to the patio or down stairs to relax on hammocks allowed me to escape from the Hussle and bustle of being a girldad! The beds were comfy and the 2 and a half bathrooms were clutch especially with all girls! The main bathroom was modern and clean. My family spent time on the beach every day because it is literally 100 yards away from the property. Jim provided us with everything we needed to enjoy the beach. We did not have to purchase anything extra. He provided us with chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, ice chests, beach toys, mats, and a cart to transport them in. He also provided us with 4 bikes to explore the area. It felt like we were in the center of IRB with plenty of food options and plenty of ice cream to choose from! IRB is not touristy as Clear Water, so it's not crowded, which makes it a perfect family area. Definitely would go back to Jim's property and would recommend it to any family looking for a place to enjoy the beach life.

Cozy beach house with ample room

We have stayed at this beach house for the past two years and have enjoyed our stay. We are a married couple with 2 small children (7 year old and 2 year old) and stayed in the house with my in-laws. The house is very charming and the location is great. A quick walk to the beach and other business that we found very convenient during our stay. The house has plenty of room in the first floor to entertain the kids and the porch was great for enjoying the evening with family and friends. My wife really enjoyed spending time on the hanging bed/sofa in the porch and took many midafternoon naps there. My morning ritual included a quick bike ride (included in the house) to the local donut shop and hanging on the hammocks before hitting the beach. The owners take good care of this house and its shows but if you want to stay in a place with marble floors, subzero appliances you should look into the tiny condo/apartments. We had friends staying in condos/apartments nearby and every night they will come over to spend time at the house. After a few days, it feels like a house you live in. Pros: Proximity to beach (5-minute walk). Space of the property. Very quiet and safe area. Close to businesses (pizza shop, ice cream parlor, surf shop, bait & tackle, convenience store). Great place to entertain friends. Fully stocked kitchen with every appliance you may need. Bikes, Barbeque and tons of beach gear on premises. Cons: Some of the appliances & bathrooms are dated and could use a refresher. Only one full bathroom.

Great Time!

My wife and I stayed at this home Nov 30th through December 10th. Good communication with owner before our arrival, answered any questions we had quickly. When we arrived it was easy to access the keys, very nice home, 2 bedrooms, 1 large bathroom and 1 smaller one in a quiet neighborhood, very quiet during the night. I was very impressed how easy it was to navigate the area, although we took day trips to Tarpon Springs, Clearwater and Orlando the most memorable part of the vacation was finishing each day sitting on the beach watching the sun set in to the gulf of Mexico. The beach was only a 300ft walk from the home. We met the owner during the week, he was very nice and he had recommended some great restaurants for us to visit. Be aware that there is a house being built 2 lots down, it wasn't too noisy during the day and of course no work at night. We also attended the towns tree lighting ceremony which was very nice. If we visit the area again we will definitely be staying here.

The picture did not do this place justice. The inside and outside were beautiful. We loved our stay and it was just a short walk to the beach. The house had everything we needed and more! Great Place to Stay

Overall the stay was great. The house was in a great location to the beach, restaurants, etc. I don't feel like the house was really cleaned up before we arrived and the back door was unlocked upon arrival but aside from that everything else was great! Definitely a great and affordable place to stay!

Wonderful Stay

This IRB gem is wonderful. We had everything we needed for a stress-free week. Our days were filled with lazy days on the beach occasionally seeing dolphins swimming, picking shells, and enjoying the warm surf. In the evening we watched the sunset while walking on the beautiful white beach, Everything was very clean and decorated beautifully with many different areas to relax in. The porch of course was our favorite, and the lower level with hammocks and chairs to socialize or read a book alone. The beds were super comfortable, and the area was quiet at night. We prepared several meals in the kitchen as well as visited some great local restaurants. The W/D is a bonus. This is a great vacation spot close to so many local attractions. The hosts do all the little extras to ensure your stay will be comfortable. We truly enjoyed our time spent here and hope to visit again.

Owners are both Florida natives and enjoy fishing in the surf as well as the bay. Sunset is our favorite time of the day. The yard has fruit barring banana trees and large native palms on the property

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We enjoy most the screen porch and the Hammock and porch swings
But the sunsets are our number one pleasure.
