I suppose I should have read the reviews more closely before booking my stay. Reports of the property being dirty are 100% true. When I walked in, the floors were dirty right off the bat. The bed had someone else's hair all over it and in each layer of sheet. There was also a crusty stain of some sort on the bed sheet as well. I slept in the least dirty of the layers and used my own pillows/blankets. The washer/dryer are not the one pictured and the dryer available is unbelievably loud. The shower was equally dirty, with hair being all over. Additionally, on night 1 the host took my laundry hamper and did not return it until i messaged him asking for it on the last night. I was willing to deal with all these things, i even brought my own cleaning supplies, vacuum, and amenities {like k-cups, cups, creamer, and plates} (which i left for the next guest to enjoy). Dont get me wrong, the hot tub was amazing. But i drew the line when i found a pill and a baggie of drugs in the room. The host completely mishandled the situation and in my opinion dropped the ball entirely. Finding a dime baggie of drugs and then being told by the host to flush it is absolute madness. Hopefully your stay is cleaner and drug free, as im sure that would make this place the perfect place to rest on vacation.

Everything is very accurately described! They have a great hot tub, comfortable bed and couch to have a relaxing getaway. I’ve stayed at this vrbo 4 times now over the last 3 years and I’ll definitely be back!

This pet friendly stay was great! Sean was a warm and friendly host. The nicely landscaped large backyard was fully fenced, bringing great joy to our two dogs after being cooped up in the car for the long trip. The house is close to I-405 but the traffic noise was hardly noticeable. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Highly recommend Sean and his place.

This place was perfect for our needs! There is ample parking space in the driveway, the hot tub was amazing, the large couch & bed were comfortable, and there were lots of extra blankets along with 3 space heaters. Our dog loved the large grassy fenced backyard and the host, Shawn, was very friendly & accommodating. I highly recommend this place! :)

We had a wonderful stay! The property was easy to access and had convenient parking for two vehicles. Being on the ground level with a backyard made it perfect for letting our dog out. The bed was cozy, the shower was nice and warm, and the whole place was peaceful and quiet. We’d definitely stay here again!

Cozy basement suite with a huge yard patio and yard. Host is super nice. With doors and windows closed you can't hear the highway. We had a wonderful stay.

Upon arrival the neighborhood was very nice and seemed very calm. Check in was very easy and place looked exactly like the photos. We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay throughout.

Absolutely! Here’s the revised version with that added:I really loved this little spot! I could’ve sworn the listing mentioned two beds but maybe it meant the couch counted as one. Either way, both the bed and the couch were super comfortable, so I wasn’t too disappointed. The hot tub was clean and relaxing, and the TV was big and really nice. The host was also really friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better.

It was decent, the trim on the wall behind the fridge could use some cleaning along with fixing the back fence gate to where it actually latches shut. Yard was perfect for letting my dog run around with it being fenced in. The bathroom and bedroom was decent minus one outlet that looked like one of them were burnt but still worked. Bed and couch was comfortable too. We did hear some foot steps coming from upstairs but didnt bother us too much.
Gate was like this when we arrived.
