This is our third year in a row staying here! The condo is just as clean and perfect as it was the first time we stayed. If you have rented condos at the beach, you know that this is extraordinary. Even the balcony furniture is well maintained. This condo, along with the pool, parking, landscaping and wide beach is the whole package. I have stayed up and down the panhandle for years and this is by far the best choice hands down.

From the moment we entered the condo everything was perfect! Beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and all amenities were better than anticipated. On top of all that the owners were a joy to work with. We will definitely stay here again! Perfection!

Can not say enough good things about this experience! The sterling Beach property is a well maintained, beautiful place directly on the beach! Lovely pool! This unit has been remodeled and is so very well done! We had every thing we could have possibly needed! So well stocked and thought out! Beautiful condo and perfect for our getaway with the grandkids! Our host had excellent communication and was very helpful and kind! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! We have not been to the Sterling in years and we were so happy to see it was well kept up and to find a unit so up to date and beautiful! Thank you!

Wonderful stay!

The property was beautiful! It was exactly has described online. We had plenty of room! We didn’t have great weather so it was nice to be comfortable when we had to be inside a lot! What stood out the most to be is the beds were comfortable! The owners were quick to respond and helpful to answer any questions. We would stay there again!

Beautiful condo on Thomas Drive

We have stayed in PCB for several years, trying out different condos each summer. This was easily our favorite! The condo was absolutely beautiful. Kitchen was exceptionally equipped - a big plus for our family who likes to cook! The host was very responsive and extremely helpful with any little questions we had. Next time in PCB, we will be booking this one again (assuming someone else doesn’t book it first!)

Great hosts

During our stay, the Florida heat did in the A/C unit for a few days. However, the hosts were EXTREMELY accommodating and great at communicating with us. Since this was something the hosts couldn’t truly control, we really appreciated their generosity and hospitality. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone. Btw, once the A/C was fixed it was an absolute dream. Great pool and non crowded beach. Go to dinner early if you don’t want to wait 1.5-2 hours

Worth every moment!

Our one week stay was worth every moment. The home is very well maintained and fully equipped with every reasonable modern convenience you will need. The 16th floor balcony (there is no 13 floor) was warmer, less breezy and more comfortable than the ground floor (in January) and the sunset views were extraordinary. Panama City Beach is one of our favorite destinations and this has been our best experience thus far. I highly recommend this unit and its hosts. You will enjoy a restful stay at the condo, as it will feel just like home.

Beautiful Condo!! 🏖

The condo is immaculate, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen had everythingn we needed! It was perfect for the 6 of us! The location is great on the quieter end of the beach, beach chairs are a plus, and the pool is very clean and was mostly empty all week. Kyle was very responsive and provided us with all we needed for the week. All of the games in the cabinet were great in the evening and watching our grown children (16-28) play Chutes and Ladders, Candyland and Connect 4 was treat! Thanks for sharing your amazing condo with us!

Book it!

We have been vacationing in PCB and the surrounding areas for 35+ years. This is the best condo we have ever stayed in - by far. The remodel is top notch. Gorgeous finishes and furniture from the bedrooms to the balcony. Mattresses were very comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked and the condo was pristine! The owners have really put a lot of effort into making sure everything is perfect. We are already looking into booking again. The pool area and building itself was very well kept and clean too. Really - do not hesitate to book. The view is just incredible.

Return Visit!

Nothing compares to this condo. Pristine condition again even after staying here over a year ago. Beautiful furnishings and kitchen and baths. There really isn't anything like it. Nice wide beach compared to the west end of PCB. Never felt crowded. Didn't have to wait long for elevators. Grounds are very well kept. Great parking right next to building. Easy and fast communication with owners. You will not be disappointed. Can't say enough good things about it.

A Fantastic 2 Months

The condo was spotless when we arrived. The views from the 17th floor were breathtaking. The condo has state-of-the art bathroom and kitchen facilities. Kitchen was well -furnished with quality pots, pans, skillets, knives and all necessary equipment. Staff of Sterling kept grounds and facilities in perfect condition. The pool was heated and made our water daily water aerobics comfortable and fun. The beach and water was an everyday treat to view and walk. We loved every minute.

Absolutely stunning condo and complex! We've stayed at many condos over the years and this one has topped our charts! The grounds are impeccable! Employees cleaning everyday--the pool, sidewalks, and elevators. The pool was beautiful and perfect temperature for all to play. The beach was fabulous with amazing shells and sandbars. As for the condo itself... perfect! Wonderfully stocked with all the essentials from kitchen supplies to pillows, blankets, even laundry baskets! All the finishings were new, modern, and upscale. The owners were very communicative and delightful as well. We would highly recommend this rental for you and your family! Just perfect!

Excellent Summer Vacation 6/22

One of the best summer vacations that my family has had. Regardless of the destination. This unit has been recently remodeled and it was tastefully done. To the smallest detail. Not enough space to share everything but I will certainly be back next year. Property Management on sight every day, keeping things clean and orderly. There are several property rules but that is a good thing. We had an enjoyable, peaceful vacation. Essentially a private beach the way things are set up. Only issue we had a was a little bit of rain but owners are trying to fix that. LOL! Rent this unit if able.

My wife, Trisha, and I have always dreamed of a vacation home at the beach. Most of our family memories and photos are of us and our two daughters at some tropical location. We made our dreams a reality last year when we purchased our piece of paradise on the Gulf of Mexico!

Being very selective, we worked with a fantastic realtor to find the perfect location for us. We targeted only a few low density properties with very specific requirements in mind and were blessed to finally find our vacation home at Sterling Beach. Parking is so easy and convenient, elevators are fast and reliable, beachfront is HUGE, the unit is spacious and bright, the pool is the best I've seen in PCB and the HOA staff is fantastic.
