The fully equipped kitchen offers the latest updates, ensuring effortless meal preparation for your family. Whether you're enjoying a quick breakfast at the large island or bonding over preparing a family style meal, the kitchen facilitates memorable moments. A beautiful dining table adjacent to the kitchen provides an ideal setting for delightful dinners or engaging card games. Enjoying the beautiful Ozark weather? Take in the outdoors and grill some mouthwatering food. With its breathtaking view of Table Rock Lake, the deck offers a peaceful and relaxing place to watch the sun set. Come rain or shine, this deck is the perfect spot to gather and savor dessert while marveling at the breathtaking view of Table Rock Lake. Unwind in the inviting hot tub on the back deck, allowing relaxation to wash over you.

The main level features a King room with an ensuite bathroom. The living room also offers a Queen Sleeper Sofa if needed. Venture downstairs to discover two inviting bedrooms—a King room with an ensuite bathroom and a Queen room with a triple twin bunk bed and an ensuite bathroom which also hosts a game room equipped with an Xbox, PlayStation, and comfortable gaming chairs, guaranteeing hours of entertainment. Ascend to the upper level, where two more King bedrooms await, providing additional tranquility and comfort.

MAIN LEVEL:

KITCHEN/DINING: Our kitchen is thoughtfully furnished with everything you need to prepare and serve meals for your whole group. Our kitchen area seats 14 people including a table for 10 and a large kitchen island with seating. More seating can be found at our main level outdoor table on the deck overlooking the lake. Our kitchen also includes basic spices and a coffee pot / Keurig combo. The kitchen also features an ample storage and a refrigerator with ice and water in the door.

LIVING ROOM:
Our main living room features vaulted ceilings and expansive windows, comfortable seating, and custom blinds. Enjoy the cozy fireplace and a 75" smart TV. The living room also features a sofa sleeper with a queen sized bed if needed.

BEDROOM #1:
Suite #1 is on the main level and features a king size bed, smart TV, ensuite bathroom with shower.


OUTDOOR SPACE:
Step outside on the expansive back deck and enjoy breathtaking views of the lake. The main level deck features a dining table, comfortable outdoor seating, and an outdoor BBQ grill. You won't find a better view than this one!


UPPER LEVEL:

BEDROOM #2
Suite #2 is on the upper level and features a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower (with 2nd door to the hallway).

BEDROOM #3:
Suite #3 is on the upper level and features a king sized bed, smart tv, and accesses the hallway jack-and-jill style bathroom.


LOWER LEVEL:

BEDROOM #4:
Suite #4 is on the lower level and features a king size bed, smart TV, ensuite bathroom with shower. This bedroom also features a sliding glass door that opens to the lower deck featuring seating and the private hot tub.

BEDROOM #5:
Suite #5 is an ensuite bunk room which features a queen bed and a triple twin sized bunk bed. This room also features a private bathroom with tub/shower combination. This bedroom also features a smart TV & gaming center with an Xbox and Playstation, comfortable gaming chairs guaranteeing hours of great entertainment if desired.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
Step outside on the expansive back deck and enjoy breathtaking views with outdoor seating and a PRIVATE HOT TUB that overlooks the lake.

Pets must be on a leash in all outdoor areas. Pets are not to be left unattended and all pet waste should be disposed of properly on the property or in the common areas.
