We are just a short drive away from Silver Dollar City, Moonshine Beach, State Park Marina (for boat launch and boat rentals), and the famous 76 Strip in Branson, this property is the perfect home base for your Branson vacation!
Our home's open concept is perfect for family and friends to reunite for relaxation. Step inside and be greeted by the main level's inviting atmosphere and fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the peaceful sunrise with fresh coffee from the complimentary coffee bar featuring a standard drip pot and a Keurig available for your morning brew. The dining area offers comfortable seating for 12, including a spacious table for eight, complemented by four bar chairs for additional seating. Spread out in the oversized living area featuring a great conversation area with two full-size sofas to get caught up with friends and family or cozy up to the fireplace on our super comfortable sectional and enjoy a movie night on the large flatscreen TV. Open the patio doors off the sitting area and living room to reveal a spacious patio with stunning views of Table Rock Lake. Here, you'll find a private hot tub, fire pit, outdoor seating, and a propane grill, perfect for al fresco cooking, dining, and relaxation.
On the main level, you will find a bedroom featuring a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find four more beautifully appointed bedrooms. Both bedrooms on the left side of the hall offer king beds and a set of twin bunk beds, each with its own en-suite bathroom. These rooms share a large outdoor deck with a covered sitting area, offering prime views of Table Rock Lake and outdoor fans for your comfort. Two more bedrooms await on the right side of the hallway. One bedroom features another king bed with an en-suite bathroom, while the final bedroom offers a bunk room with a Full XL over a Queen bunk bed and a twin over twin bunk bed anf en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom also includes a flat-screen smart TV and a closet for storage space. A laundry room is conveniently located on this level, and free wireless internet is available throughout the property.

■ RENTER AGREEMENT
Please note that a signed renter agreement is required upon booking confirmation.
■ PETS – One or Two Dogs may be accepted. Prior approval is required and size and breed restrictions apply please check with owner prior to booking. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or bedding. An Additional Pet Cleaning Fee of $200 will be collected after a confirmed booking. An additional refundable pet deposit may also apply. A signed pet agreement is required. Pets must be on a leash in all outdoor areas. Pets are not to be left unattended and all pet waste should be disposed of properly on the property or in the common areas.
