This is a two story, newly remodeled townhome with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. It has a private pool in the backyard, plus it is along a canal and has parking space for a boat trailer. There is a boat slip but the owner keeps his boat there. You can, however, dock your boat to the deck, right next to the slip. A lifted deck has a great view overlooking the canal. It is also, just a short drive to the beach.

The lifted deck is above the boat slip and has a table with seating for 4 plus 2 additional deck chairs. You can fish from the backyard! The driveway has enough space to park 2 vehicles plus a boat trailer can be parked next to the driveway.
