Deluxe King Suite located in the Iconbrickell Residences above to the W hotel. This lovely apartment is perfectly situated on the 25th floor and can accommodate 4 guests.

1 King bed in the bedroom and Sofa Bed in the living room.

This unit comes equipped with a full laundry stacked washer/dryer, a full kitchen which includes a microwave, oven, dishwasher and your all your basic cooking needs.

1 bathroom with a tub/shower combination with your bathroom essentials.

As a guest you have access to all the amenities which include the pool, the gym and spa.

All accessible through 15th floor.

Our job is to ensure you enjoy your stay and feel at home. We will meet upon your check-in and will be available to you for the duration of your stay.

Check-In:

Host will meet you for your initial check-in, there is no self check-in.
Please call 30 minutes prior to your arrival to properly coordinate for your check-in.
Check-In: 4:00PM - 10:00PM


Building Registration:

For proper registration, I will need to collect a photo of your Government Issued ID/Passport and the IDs of your guests. This is a requirement for all guests based on the rules and regulations imposed by the Association of Iconbrickell Tower 3.


Valet (Guest Parking):

The Iconbrickell provides a valet service, this is a separate service.

Parking rates :
$11 - 1 hour
$20 - 4 hours
$42 - 10 to 24 hours

Please note:
The valet service does not provide in/out privileges, charges apply each time you take out your car.
PLEASE READ**** APARTMENT RULES***


1. No loud music & no more than 2 guests allowed. QUIET HOURS: After 10 pm

2. No pets allowed. A cleaning fee of up to $150 will be charged for violation of policy.

3. PLEASE NO SMOKING. No smoking is allowed in the room. A cleaning fee up to $350 per day will be charged for violation of policy. You can use the balcony to smoke ONLY


4. Please take out trash prior to check-out. Trash Shute is on the same floor on the far opposite side.

5. If you wear make up, please DO NOT use the WHITE towels.

Please do not leave make- up on the towels, sheets/ walls or stains.( 100$ penalty)

There will be a fee $100 if stains and make-up is found anywhere in the house

6. If you spill something, please DO NOT use the towels or rags to clean up any mess. There's paper towels there for your use.

7. Dishes must be cleaned
