The Space:

At this lakefront getaway, you'll never run out of entertainment options! The home comfortably sleeps 6 ADULTS with room for an additional 2 CHILDREN. The game room, which can be accessed just off the patio, is the perfect place to unwind with some friendly competition around the shuffleboard. There is also a large flat-screen TV perfect for catching up on your favorite TV show or watching the big game. And, with a new private pickleball court, there's no shortage of fun and games! The yard features a large fire pit with seating for 8, the perfect place to gather around on a cool evening and stargaze. The private dock, located just steps from the comfort of your vacation home, is the perfect place to dip your toes in the water and enjoy the serene lake setting!



Step out onto the spacious outdoor deck, accessible from the living area and primary bedroom, to be transported to a world of relaxation and natural beauty. The comfortable lounge seating is the ideal spot for savoring a breathtaking sunset over the serene lake. There is a grilling area with a gas grill and an outdoor dining table with seating for 6. Head down to the paved patio and find another outdoor dining table with seating for 5.



Located just minutes away from downtown Milledgeville, Lake Sinclair spans over 15,300 acres with a shoreline stretching over 500 miles. Positioned two hours southeast of Atlanta, this lake is a favored destination for various activities such as fishing, swimming, jet skiing, tubing, boating, and wakeboarding, which is especially popular.



With several marinas and boat ramps, Lake Sinclair is an excellent option for those who possess their own watercraft. However, visitors who do not own one can conveniently rent one for either a full or half day from multiple local vendors situated on the lake. Guests can park their boat at the dock. Water depth at it's lowest is 2ft, highest 4ft. Boats/jet skis MUST put in at a Marina or public ramp. Sinclair Marina is the closest. There is also a public ramp less than 5 miles away. Maximum boat size depends on how deep the boat drafts. Flag dock has 16x20 platform, plus a 6x30 walkway.

There is an in-unit washer and dryer. There is parking for up to 3 vehicles and 1 boat trailer. This home is not pet friendly



Guest Access:

Guests can access the entire property with the exception of the locked closets, locked cabinets, and the locked shed outside.



The Neighborhood:

Admirals Retreat is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and conveniently located just 1 mile from boat rentals, restaurants and the liquor store. Additional nearby attractions include Sinclair fishing pier (1.5 miles), Andalusia (5 miles), and downtown Milledgeville (9 miles).
