The area offers something for everyone, outdoor adventure opportunities, a more urban or cultural experience, a visit to Harrah's Casino, a train ride on the Polar Express , a relaxing day at the spa or a romantic getaway.!

Outdoor Adventure activities in the area include white water rafting n the Tuckaseege and Nantahala Rivers, Mountain Biking at Tsali, Fire Mountain Trails in Cherokee and in the National Forests. There are plenty of Fishing opportunities and Fly Fishing trips are available on several of the local rivers. Pontoon boats, Kayaks and Stand up Paddle Boards can be rented and boat rides are available on Lake Fontana. For the more adventurous, try a Zip Line Experience in the Nantahala Gorge!

If you prefer to stay at the house, enjoy relaxing on the rocking chairs on the front porch while looking out at the mountains. The afternoon lighting is especially nice as the sun sets behind the mountains. The porch has a gate, and there is a fenced in yard.

Miraflor Guest House is set up to meet all of your needs! It is a great place to relax or to stage your next adventure! Guests have access to the entire house. Just four steps and you are up on the front porch.. In the house you have access to the living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully supplied with a full sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, rice cooker, toaster pots and pan, plates and flatware. There is a coffee maker, electric tea kettle, drinking glasses, coffee mugs, drinking glasses, beer mugs, wine glasses, and plenty of serving utensils and platters. For those who enjoy cooking, the kitchen is supplied with cooking oil, salt, pepper and a variety of spices. coffee, sugar, creamer and an assortment of teas are also provided.

There is a separate dinning area, which seats four. In the corner there is a desk which can also be use as a supplemental dinning accommodation. There is a wall air-conditioner in the dinning room.

The living room area includes a couch, two chairs, two floor lamps, an end table and two two chairs. The WIFI router is in the living room. It shares a table with a couple small brochure holders which offer information on area attractions and restaurants.. There is a ceiling fan in the living room.

The master bedroom has a California King bed for luxurious resting. There is an end table with a lamp on each side of the bed. The room is complete with a dresser, wall mirror and a closet where you can hang your clothes. There is an air conditioner in the master bedroom. In the closet you will find extra blankets and a selection of puzzles and games for children of all ages

In the second bedroom, you will find two twin beds, a night stand stand with a light, a ceiling fan and a closet where you can hang your clothes. There are also extra blankets in the closet and a stand for your suitcase.

In the third bedroom, you will find a twin bed, a chair and a small table by the bed. There are hooks on the door where you can hand your clothes and a dresser with a lamp on top. There for you to sit and read or relax or if you are feeling more active, there is a magnetic dart board.

The bathroom has a bath tub with a shower, there is a sink and shelving for towels and bathroom supplies. Bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hair drier are provided for your convenience.
