Habitaciones muy limpias, muy limpias y actualizadas, cada una con su propio baño completo. Cocina privada con todos los artículos de cocina necesarios y una sala de estar de buen tamaño. Tu propia entrada sin llave. Un dormitorio tiene una cama queen y el otro dormitorio tiene una cama king. Un baño tiene una ducha y el otro baño tiene una combinación de ducha y bañera. Hay un pequeño porche afuera con una parrilla Weber y asientos, con vistas a las montañas. Una lavadora / secadora está disponible. Aproximadamente 1500 sf.

Outstanding location and view. The property was easily accessible and close to town, but still secluded enough for privacy. The house was very clean and the dog treats were a nice surprise for our pups. We will definitely return in the near future

We really enjoyed our stay. Lisa's Place was easy to find and the instructions provided were very clear. We appreciate how well equipped the accommodations were, especially the kitchen with plenty of cookware and utensils. We did not lack for anything. We hope to be able to stay here again in the future.

Great Little Place

The house was clean and well appointed. Communication was clear and the whole booking was a breeze. Restaurants and things to do were not too far a drive from here. We also appreciated the dog treats for the dogs upon arrival. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Lisa.

Best weekend stay!

We came down for a weekend to visit our son who attends WCU but also to adopt a dog from the shelter. We knew we’d have a dog with us for the last night there and needed a pet friendly home and found Lisa’s place. The home, location, ease, location, and friendliness all exceeded our expectations. We decided night one we would be back for sure. Night two after visiting the shelter we decided we’d even love to come back and save another four legged friend and bring them into our family. The town of Sylva, Lisa, and the shelter there in Sylva are all just so amazingly wonderful. Our only disappointment was that we didn’t get to physically meet Lisa as we knew she would be just as kind and welcoming in person as she was via messenger. I highly recommend. Her home was well beautiful and inviting, supplied everything, and seems that most everyone that comes and leaves take care to leave the home as they found it. I am sure we all come and know how welcome we are with our fur babies that we want to ensure we take care bc it’s not always easy to find somewhere like home, and is as comfortable when you travel with our four legged members. Thank you Lisa!

Wonderful Getaway

Had a wonderful weekend getaway. Property was clean, and cozy. Host provided all our needs and a very nice snack basket for us and our pet. View was amazing as well.

I don't leave reviews often. This rental was great! The location was good, the king bed was amazingly comfortable, the views were breathtaking, the rental was VERY quiet.

Great place!

The duplex is very spacious and ultra convenient to get into Sylva/Dillsboro or any southern Blue Ridge/Great Smokies destination. The view is wonderful. We were here during full moon and had three spectacular evenings in a row. Only 1 sunrise worked out while we were there but it was truly beautiful. A great base camp for your Sylva adventures.

Perfect GetAway

Once we pulled up, we immediately felt relaxed.The view is beautiful now, Can only imagine how perfect it would be in the fall. Lisa gave clear directions to her place and inside instructions also. Easy access for Mom with walker. Privacy also perfect. Thank you Lisa! We are coming back.

There were a few things that did not function properly. The bathroom door would not latch and there was a terrible septic odor out by the garage. Overall we enjoyed our stay and felt the house was nicely decorated and clean. The Patio view was lovely. The snacks in the kitchen were thoughtful.

We were in town for a wedding and this was a great place to stay. Convenient location, great view, and well appointed apartment. After receiving instructions from the owner the day before our arrival, we were left alone and felt as though this was our own home. The snacks and chocolates on the pillows were a nice surprise. We would stay here again and have already recommended it to some friends.

Nice home and great neighborhood.

We had a nice stay in a very clean home. We didn't realize there was another home on the property with other people around the house and shared laundry room that looks into the kitchen. Despite that, we had a very nice stay.

Mountain Breeze was wonderful!

Lisa has a wonderful place to stay and has thought of everything you could need! The attention to detail was exquisite. I will definitely plan another stay as it was so easy to get to food, Harrahs, and the Tuckaseegee Gorge where I like to kayak.

Come visit the Smoky Mountains! Activities include: snow skiing in nearby Cataloochee Ski Resort, Zip-lining, kayaking, white-water rafting, hiking, fly-fishing, Harrah's Casino, many pottery and artists shops, waterfalls, a scenic train ride, Smoky Mountain Parkway, Cherokee Indian Reservation! Amazing waterfalls in the area. Asheville is only 45 minutes away. Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg TN are a very scenic drive through the Great Smoky Mountain National Park 1 to 1.25 hours away. This is a large home that is converted to a duplex. And all areas are separate and private, including your own driveway. The owner lives in the other area and respects your privacy and will only meet you upon request.

Lisa's Place has beautiful views without the long winding drive to get there, and is close to restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. It is a quick short drive to town and all roads are paved.
You’ll love this place because of the ambiance, the neighborhood, and the comfy king and queen beds. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families and furry friends (pets). YES!! We DO allow pets who have responsible owners. Sylva is in the heart of Jackson County NC and has been ranked in top 10 small mountain communities in the nation and Fly Fishing Capital of North Carolina.
